Virtual Casino Not Paying Again

Well guess the people over at Virtual couldnt keep their word about turning things around.....

I used the coupon "Cleo55" and cashed out the $55 on the 24th of March. It was approved on 28th. Havent seen it yet.

There is the log from the casino cashier. I called and talked to Danny on the 28th I believe. Could have been the 29th, but anyways, he told me it would be in my neteller account by FRIDAY the 1st. I called twice today and was told that it would be done later today. Now I goto Live support and ask where the money is and I am told that I didnt have the DTS signed.

So may this be a warning to you all....I guess decide what you want to do...But, I WOULD PUT THIS PLACE ON THE CRAP LIST....

I also have convo from live support with Virtual Danny on the night I used the chip and with Lana from tonight. I just got off the phone with Sophie and she tried running the same thing.

I'm terribly sorry to hear that you are having so much trouble with The Virtual Group.
I have posted in at least a dozen forums warning players to stay away from Virtual and any of their clones. They ARE liars and cheats, as you have found out.
Fortunately, though it's not relative, the funds owed to you are minimal.
I know this was an inexpensive lesson learned by you and hopefully your post will keep others away from Danny, Teddy Boy and the liars at The Virtual Group.

Thanks for the post...as you said its a very minimal amount. $55, but to me like most of the time it's not the money. It's the principal. I knew this place had problems in the past and I just played their as fun, but I figured I would give them another chance to see if they really could turn it around....Guess I was wrong......

lol I hope everyone saw the email about the Virtual Group buying an Island...lol

EXACTLY...it IS the principal and not the money.

Did you get your Credit Card Purchase form signed and sent over since making the cashout request.. confirmed that anyone received it?

I hope you have resent it and just ask someone to confirm it's legible and all. That would hold up a cashout and most casinos, since all that I play at do require that before processing a pending cashout. Cant you just resend that today and have your money follow right behind it?
 
Everything was ok'ed by Danny, and 2 other support members. I asked them to send the DTS form to me again, and have yet to send it to me. I am on live support again now, asking why they havent sent it to me.

All in all, all forms were sent when I made my first CC deposit.
Per their T/C....."In order to maintain the security of your online credit card transactions, as well as for us to be able to process your withdrawal request, our clearing house needs a signed authorization form with proof of identification. The same is needed for all deposits of $100.00 and more. Please download the authorization form, print it and fax/scan it back to us."

I read this and sent it in a day after my deposit. OK, I have to post this session of live chat.....It's kinda funny to me....Nothing was left out of this or edited at all. I copied and pasted this right from the chat...I put "PAM" in red just to kinda seperate.

I might be confused on what forms you mean. I also have never cashed out, or tried to cash out at Virtual so am not familiar with their forms.

I was thinking of the one I was sent after making cashout requests in the past for Microgaming Casinos. I got one from Fortune Lounge way back when and one from Casino Grand Bay not so long ago. They listed each and every cc purchase I ever made and I had to initial next to each purchase, then sign it, to include front and back of my cc, id and a utility bill in my name and fax/email it back before they finished my cashout request. I remember thinking how stupid, when the last time the only charge I had was $50 and the cashout was $1800. I asked why can't they just keep $50 and call it even..... :) They said their processor requires these. Maybe the cc process is different at RTG's.

Nobody likes getting a runaround that's for sure.
 
Just got off the phone with Virtual. I asked for the manager and was told he/she was in a meeting, (on a SAT)...well they said they would just skip the DTS form...and the money would be in my neteller account on Monday.

I say Bullshit to this....I will give the manager an hour or so and call back and talk to him/her.
 
Just curious, have you cashed out before at Virtual successfully?

I think whether someone sends you the form you're waiting on at 2pm or 3pm really is insigificant. You should give them til 3pm to come in, call and ask for that person, make sure you get it and they confirm they got your signed send back and then see if all goes well. ... maybe.
