Videoslots Withdrawal

Hello but why is there never issues from banks all over the world when it comes to deposits?
It was a complete ball ache for me when I banked with Nationwide every deposit for all casinos based in Malta.
They blocked every transaction which then involved a phone call, things were then sweet for 24 hours then the whole drama started again.

VISA definitely seems the best option on Video slots now.

Everywhere where VisaDirect is used (get them instantly to my Revolut Master as well so not only Visa :) ), payment providers have quite tough competition, there are loads of providers offering their services which is of course good for users as they have to actually develop their product instead of as only remarkable provider rely last century technology and try to explain people that year 2020 it takes 7 days to bank transfer in SEPA area....

Hi Everyone,

Today we went live with our new processor for UK bank withdrawals. If everything is as we been promised, withdrawals on weekdays should be on players bank account same day if withdrawals is done before 15:30 and otherwise next bank day. If you do bank withdrawal Friday, would hit your bank Monday morning.

Please note some banks will be quicker than others and some banks might handle the transactions during evenings and weekends as well. From our-side we process withdrawals on an average speed of 5 mins around the clock all week long.

Best regards,

Team Videoslots

When is withdraw option for etransfer coming back, not that it matters, bank transfer is faster, going through this 3rd party bs via gigadat, takes longer than a bank transfer from vs if I withdraw from you before noon my time, in my bank account next day 5:30pm. Gigadat still waiting for text code, since Friday not you. AND PLEASE I HAVE ASKED THIS SO MANY TIMES , skrill and neteller, are not options for deposit or withdraw in Canada. PLEASE @Videoslots. Take it of the bank options page. Ty

Hi Samdog21,

Right now it looks like Interac withdrawals will come back this week. Will inform you as soon as it does.

We are not allowed to offer Neteller or Skrill to players in Canada, can you use it with other casinos?
- If that is the case, we will follow up with Neteller and Skrill to see if they can make it available for us again to Canadian players.

Best regards,

Team Videoslots

@Team.Videoslots , after 5 years of loyalty and more than 100.000 EUR deposited, it is time for me to change.
Amazingly sad that to cut some transaction fees you changed from Trustly to Adyen, which is a horrible payment provider.
As a UK customer waiting since 3 days for a bank transfer to arrive after approval is crazy. I would better pay the old 2.5 EUR fee anytime, just to don't wait days.
Any other online casino with a licence at the UK market, has a maximum one day delivery to bank accounts, not speaking about the real UK ones (PaddyPower, Skybet, Ladbrokes, etc.) which is less than a day.
Trustly or not, UK transactions are done within seconds, using a non-UK provider for the UK market is a huge mistake I think. If you stick to SEPA payments there are hundreds of providers, who support SEPA instant, which is a max. 20 second transfer time 24/7. But guess its more expensive as probably that was the reason for changing from Trustly.
Searching Adyen, the reviews are also very bad from all over Europe.

I hope those who made the decision will be fired soon with Adyen as well, as its hard to believe that in long-term it will be cost-effective as UK players complaining all day as I've heard from the live-chat agents... and I don't think that losing a huge market, like the UK, would balance the withdrawal costs difference.

But thats just a personal thought, the leaders are doing they best, I am sure, but probably I won't see the results as I started building my loyalty with Casumo now, where I can get my withdrawal in max a day, be weekend or not.

Maybe the majority of VS players are not from the UK. And probably fewer still withdraw to bank accounts. Sometimes you have to balance profitability against usability; if it costs much more to please a relatively small subset of users, then of course they'll go with the cheaper option.

I'd guess most people deposit by and withdraw back to card. To them, the situation has vastly improved - funds almost immediately received to their card (and by definition, their bank account).

Well, I don't think that the UK is a small portion. But even if it is, they still offer Trustly as a deposit option, so they did not closed affiliation with them, only for withdrawals changed the provider. And if you are right with the small market theory, it couldn't be a big loss to keep those fees, since there is not a huge traffic and paid commission than. But I'm pretty sure UK should be their 2nd or 3rd largest after Scandinavian part and Germany maybe.

And yes, since I can deposit with bank in two clicks without manually transfer my money (Trustly automatically direct debits) its pretty cool, and my mastercard takes 2days with them still, its not faster than before (only Visa changed). However my main dep option was my card.
And in these times when way smaller casinos (VS is obviously one of the biggest) can afford a faster payment provider I don't think that we can say the real problem is the pricing.

Making more profits is important in any business, but being greedy could result customer loss, which could impact more losses than the planned operational cost save.

I (we players) have so many other options where we can play the same games nowadays and of course everyone tries to find its best. For me that was VS, but now it changed. If I can play the same games somewhere and can get my money faster, of course I will go there.

2 pages of thread before it's mentioned that Videoslots have removed Trustly as a withdrawal option for the UK.

And not even @Team.Videoslots who mention it.

Bank transfer is the new option and will take standard bank transfer times. It was Trustly who made it instant.

Speculating, as that what happens when there is a lack of clarity, they removed it as it's expensive.

Strictly, the Trustly logo was removed long before the provider changed. Unless I'm mis-remembering, it's just been labelled "Bank" on withdrawals since mid/late last year.

Well in Canada videoslots took etransfer as deposit, now they take withdraw to unreal for me as a Canadian, Monday-Friday withdraw via etransfer same day 12hrs tops. They call it ecashout.

@Team.Videoslots

When will you change back to Trustly? :what:

The new1 your using is no good.

Trustly was instant withdrawals, but now its not...

With the lowered RTP on so many games, the instant withdrawals is 1 of the important things that keeps me at your casino.

What bank do you have? If you are Swedish their shouldn't be a problem unless you have one of the smaller banks. If you have one one those there are winners and losers. Everyone will of course be paid in the end!!

I have 1 of the bigger banks.

Im always paid, but if i compare the 2, then Trustly is better.

Hi everyone,

@bamberfishcake -- All the bank transfers within the SEPA region are SEPA payments. Everyone within this area should have their bank withdrawals within 24 hours during banking days. We have also implemented VISA Direct. These withdrawals are instant for everyone, given that the card supports direct payments.

@sapit222 -- We process all Swedish bank withdrawals via Zimpler, these transactions are instant as well. Please get in touch with us at videoslotsteam@videoslots.com, and we will investigate further should you have experienced any delays.

Have a lovely day.

Br,
Team Videoslots

Have a great day too.

I was merely pointing out that Trustly had been removed as the payment processor. I thought it might help make things clearer.

The cost being the reason as stated through speculation.

Stay safe, have fun
