Videoslots Withdrawal

Every bank is different - not every transaction will be accepted as a faster payment, then it also depends on when the payer processed it. Asking for more information isn't a stalling tactic - if everything their side suggests it's been processed, they need to establish if something has gone wrong. And it's surprisingly common to see people insist a payment hasn't been received right up until the point of a statement being provided.

You're missing the point I'm trying to make.
If they know it can take up to 5 days to get to the customer, which they do, then why ask for a bank statement or anything before that point?
The response should be, they can take up to 5 days, if it hasn't gone in by xx day, then please get back in touch, send us a statement and we will chase it up with the provider.
There is absolutely no point in asking for a statement after 2 days, as, even if they send it to the provider, the response will be 'yes, the 5 days isn't up yet, please contact us with a new statement after that point'.

The second point is, once they get the statement, they then clearly ignore it and ask for a letter from the bank, why? The statement shows it hasn't gone in, why do they need a letter from the bank, which are notoriously hard to get, and require a trip to the bank in many cases. I can understand if the statement isn't clear, or if there are concerns about if its been photoshopped or anything, but even then, only after the usual processing time has passed.

@kilcoyne1989 thats a bit unfair, Dan doesn't work for Videoslots, and he's not so much defending them, but the process many companies would follow. I don't disagree with him on the process, just that it shouldn't be done until the processing time has passed.

If I worked for Videoslots, I'd have a lot more money in the bank I suspect. And even if I did work for them, I'd give the same response. I don't though.

And on the timing note from Colin - never put down to conspiracy what can be more easily attributed to human error ;)

Best way is to withdraw via VISA as that seems to go in the next day.

I miss the days when they used Trustly for their BANK withdrawals, they were always in within the hour. Exactly how it should be.

If you deposit, it leaves your account straight away, don't think we ask for much when we withdrawal for it to be in same day or worse ways, the next day.
iam Canadian Visa ,Mastercard, skrill, neteller, PayPal, long gone for canadians we are a communist country run by banks who tell us how we spend are fucking money, banks In Canada are fucking robbing fucking assholes. Lmfao

I wish they'd have just said this can take up to 5 working days, would have saved a lot of hassle, but instead they stick by it should have been in within 12-24 hours which is never the case.

So what option do you always go for, BANK?

We have etransfer it's only for canadians, most casinos, like videoslots, ristzcasino, ojo, witch I play at, all offer etransfer, but only ojo offers withdraw via etransfer, so bank transfer, but videoslots has instant check new to me, I withdrew 2 weeks ago in bank account same day. Other wise still good 2days bank transfer, just did not know Friday was bank holiday in uk, that usually fucks shit up.

Well that's good that you're getting it instantly.

VISA will always be my preferred choice moving forward.

It looks less like an error and more like company policy when it happens multiple times though. Another post in the Videoslots main thread, exactly the same thing, bank withdrawal, 5 days ago, asked for bank statement by customer service.

I have had this issue recently. Also a very abrupt live chat tonight (with transcript). My bank transfers have always been pretty much instant. When videoslots introduced PayPal I started to use this deposit method. I have been unable to withdraw via PayPal so far and bank transfer is the only option. I received a withdrawal confirmation email on 6/5/20 @ 17:31. At 00:06 on 12/5/20, literally during my live chat, I received notification that funds were in my account.

The agent wasn't helpful, was giving solutions when I hadn't been asked/nor been able to put to them my questions. I have a further withdrawal (confirmed email 10/5/20 @ 04:06) which I'm told will be in my account 15/5/20 at the latest.

Agent said he will have finance department change withdrawal methods (I thought this automatic and proportionate to deposits) to allow PayPal, this will be from tomorrow.

I will update with PayPal status change and confirm time and date of outstanding payment received

Hi @icecream6984,

Regarding bank withdrawals; If you make your withdrawal before 15:00, then the money is on your account the same day. If it's after 15:00, the money is available on your account on the next banking day. Note that Adyen only processes withdrawals during working days.

For Sweden, Finland, and Denmark, bank withdrawals are available instantly 24/7 after we have processed it.

E-wallet withdrawals worldwide are also available instantly 24/7 after we have processed it. We process withdrawals on an average speed of 5 mins.

Bank withdrawals during weekends should be sorted soon in the UK. We have found a solution for it and should be available in a couple of weeks, we don't have an exact ETA but confirmed its coming.

Best regards,
Team Videoslots

Withdrawals in UK are not being processed on next, nor the following working day im afraid.

FWIW I did an adyen withdrawal at 2pm yesterday. It hit my account this morning. I'm in Ireland though.

Hi everyone,

We hope to go live with the new processor for UK this week. We are aware that some have problems with current processor.

We are also going live with E-transfers for Canada.

Best regards,

Team Videoslots
Will this be for the withdrawal via BANK? If so, what will be the timescale?

Be glad to get back to normal as Ayden are so slow.

Glad you're finally admitting you've had problems with the current processor.

We already mention this earlier in the thread that we are changing the processor for bank withdrawals as we got a lot of report of withdrawals not being within expected timeline. The new processor is Worldpay that is sending directly via their UK bank account. So its UK to UK, they call it "Fast withdrawals" so you let us know if they live up to their claim :), indication we got is its within a few hours day time and after 14:00 UK time its next day.

This change is only for UK.

Regarding Interac, withdrawals should go live today or tomorrow.

Best regards,

Team Videoslots

I wish I had spoken to you on the chat/email when I was wondering where my withdrawal was and I was told to send in bank statements and then get a letter from my bank proving the money hadn't gone in.

So I'll try and a withdrawal next week and it should be using Worldpay?

I assume I'll have to enter more than just the IBAN number?

If it's UK to UK, should just have to put in my account number and sort code as opposed to the IBAN number?

Risk switched to worldpay best thing for me as a Canadian, used to be INPAY witch was wire transfer, huge fees, now worldpay if you withdraw during the week, in your account in under 24hrs. And no fees. That is why I started playing again at risk, I like the site, just before with the fees I would not withdraw unless min 500$ that way when it hit my bank account, 444$. World pay is good.

My point to this is do they ask all this shit when you deposit. Fuck no. Withdraw should be as seamless as deposits,

Cheers, appreciate it.

I did a withdrawal yesterday afternoon via VISA and it arrived in my account today, so this will be the option I go for until Worldpay is live.

It's kind of impossible to be exact with bank withdrawals when there are (how fcking many actually?) XXXX banks in the world in different countries which some for some reason get transactions cleared from some providers faster than other.

Like Trustly if you ask them, they are instant, still some banks it takes 1-3 bank days, as casino operator, you usually use information provider provide to you, i'm pretty sure that any payment provider don't have a list about actual processing times to every and each banks in the world when they process transaction.

Once casino have sent it, there's not much to do but give it few days and then if nothing appears on account, contact them with bank statement from date of withdrawal till date now and they can escalate it to provider (yes, these providers keep asking these bank statements that transaction haven't appeared there, especially some, not to name any, are quite strict that they don't start to trace transactions if it can't be shown that all details have been entered correctly and that receives bank statement shows it haven't been received, maybe to avoid getting XX times more requests without any information just to check transactions for nothing). Can't see it really any stalling as funds have left casinos account already, where's interest to "stall" these somewhere.....

Had a modest cash out last night and withdrew via card. Money in account within 15 minutes. Absolutely top notch.

Great work @Team.Videoslots

VISA direct seem to one great thing what has been come in last years to get withdrawals to bank account fast. Haven't hear any delays or other issues with them (sure there have some like all tech where micro second disconnection can fck things up), very reliable and instant 24/7.
