About Us
Kids can play the £5 jackpot fruities, which a lot of them can save up for big streaks.
I myself have had 50 quid streaks out of some of them.
Imagine being a eight year old kid and dropping 40 or 50 quid out of a machine
Those are going to be the problem gamblers of the future.
I see local kids going in the arcades at the coast piling the quid coins into machines, and when they are skint they watch there mates piling quid coins into the machines.
I know they are locals as I see the same faces everytime I go.
What is the government doing about this? They are more interested in limiting my 9p spins on DOA
Let's just call it a drawThis is so true. Ceartin fiver jackpots out there, like golden game for example, can take 70 quid before giving a top feature. The base game wins being 1 quid and 5 quids only, and when dead often do just one fiver win during that 60 quid loss with ine 'fiver win from bars and the odd quid return from x's here n there. which unless they know how to play on for more returns or a streak, if they aint already thinking, wtf is this doing for a 5 quid jackpot and leaving.. they can lose an absolute crap load. Though these are available for kids in under 18 sections across the country.
Most the new ones streak as you say, 30-60 quid runs when its saved eniugh to pay for it. 20 mins of jackpot after jackpot every board. Kids would go nuts and want to re-live the magic after that. Probably tell their friends who become interested.
Some crazy rules out there tbh.
Not to mention those fruit machines converted to ticket payout, with waaay below 70% rtp on them for tickets that you need 4 billion of to exchange for a 5 pack of out of date mars bars.
*And even the 3 year olds are at it... i cannot tell you how many times that while someone is watching football in a pub that their kid beside them/ near me has sneaked off from the parent and is trying to climb up and take over my machine. Got into some serious fights and lost a fair few with the cheeky lil gits when they refuse to go away, or darn right blatently attempt to steal my coins from the payout tray. some lil nippers can give a severe headbutt too when provoked.
*Some sentances may be exaggerated/ complete bollocks

Not related to this thread, sorry, but why was ed skull murphy banned, usually the reason is mentioned, but not in his case...?
I don't know why, but he did post a link to an anti-Semitic rhetoric to "open our eyes" and recently claimed to have a winning strategy....
Can't be sure, maybe none of those posts was the reason he was banned.

I re-read his previous posts tooI wondered why too, I only noticed this morning???
checked his recent posts and can't see anything wrong with them, unless something bad has already been removed or I missed the offending one when searching.

Hi all,
We have now updated that our Weekend booster, Casino Race, Free spins and normal match bonuses doesn't effect a players loss limit and the player will be able to use it when they receive it.
Br,
Daniel

Really hoped I wouldn't be posting in this thread again, Geez what a mess!
Seems somehow a 0.50p loss limit has been set on my account, I mean who in their right mind would set this??????????
Dan, If you would be so kind I've sent you a PM. - Thank
Hows pimped getting on m8?
(Unrelated: also guilty of checking ed murphys previous post history)
As I am in Australia, as well as on a break which expires in April, currently none of this applies to me. After reading this thread though, I am not sure I will be re-activating my account.
However, I am a little unclear as to what a 'loss limit' actually is.
As VS was originally including cashback, free spins, free rolls, etc, does this mean it is being used as a tool to limit the amount one is able to win? If my loss limit is set to $800, and I have a session where my winnings/losses are up and down like a whore's drawers, with my losses eventually totalling my loss limit, does this mean I will have a block placed on my account to prevent me playing?
Most of my major wins have come after losses which have almost wiped out my balance, then I get lucky, increase my balance, lose again, win again and then increase my bet size to something substantial, (e.g. $45), and even though I have lost thousands in a session, I have won far, far more. Would this betting pattern be flagged by VS under this 'loss limit'?
Apologies if I have misunderstood. I would be very grateful if someone could please explain in terms I can understand.![]()

The loss limit means how much you lose in a month.
If you deposit £50 and get your balance up to £1000 then lose it all your losses are only £50.
The amount you go up then down in a session does not affect it at such. The loss is calculated by how much you lose after winning spins are taking into account. If you are up and down and spins pay £4000 and you have wagered £4020 your losses are only £20.

That is great news.
But it reminds me of a parent who wishes to get their own way with their child by being way too demanding at first safe in the knowledge that when they negotiate with the child the child will readily except the parents new terms, which was the parents only real goal in the first place![]()
You can remove your loss limit from RG page as well. Takes 7 days and its gone.

So after doing the tick box form they placed a loss limit on my account, I am fuming! I instantly e mailed them to tell them to stop nannying me! I will never send all the ridiculous things they request to proof funds, and I have not and will not deposit at videoslots until this is all sorted.

Will they be casino of the year next year![]()
So what happens next Dan? as you can see others have been verified after sending source of funds, then depositing again only then to be asked for proof as stated in the OP which is absolutely ridiculous, I would never send all that info to any casino in order for me to gamble so whats the point in depositing if I know whats coming next
Hey Videoslots they like me.
Oh no, round round baby.
So DanVideoslots, are you going to answer the question about if your going to apply your rules consistently. ?
Rocknrolla earns less than i do for his job , so his limit would be like £500...... (which he does in like 20 minutes, in 1 day, of the 30 in a month)...
As you seem to be basing the loss limit on job income only..
I cant see anything in that document which compells the casino operator to request the type of information VS is asking for RG purposes,
It just seems the way they want to do things, linking RG with AML to justify it.
Sorry Dan , VS has not got the message despite all the postings,a sizable percentage of players are not prepared to supply such sensitive
information just to carry on playing at VS, when there is a massive choice elsewhere where they wont need to.
Just a bit of food for thought, what If things went pear shaped and this info fell into hands it shouldnt and fraud committed as a result.
How much help and sympathy would the victim get from the police, banks, spouse etc when they find out that the player submitted this info to
a casino of all places.
Its just so wrong IMHO.
3.6. You need to look at household income
3.7. Recommendation to put compulsory limits.
3.11 Its recommended to carry out AML/RG checks on VIP customers.
