At the risk of sounding like a broken record, the Canadian Battles are becoming a waste of time. Other Canadians feel free to step in. You guys said that you were looking into it a few weeks ago. How long does this take? The screenshot that I am posting, is at 61 people, by the time it will be done, it will be over 80 people, and on most days over 90 people. Also a screenshot of the prizes, which do not reflect the amount of people!

Sorry, not sure why so many are showing. I tried deleting, but only two are showing in edit. .
 
@Team.Videoslots I’m really loving the Tuesday madness battle. I hope those stay. I haven’t won yet but it’s fun to be c9 letimg for real money.


However, I’m not loving the canadian battles. Like bebo states the prizes do not reflect the number of people playing. Also can we switch up the games. It seems it’s the same games day after day.

Wow when I used to play here, I remember when Dan was going to look into changing prizes and there were 35 Canadians on average. It sure has grown ALOT. Def time for a change in prizes...but yeah the casino sure is growing bigger and bigger

Hi Guys. My placement in the current freeroll battle is displayed incorrectly. I scored 3450 points. But were recorded only 2200, please see the pictures. 2200 + 1250 (mega win) = 3450.
There is nobody avaible in the chat now. I hope that can be corrected.

It happens all the time.

As it was your last spin the score does not update and include it. But once the battle finishes it updates and you finish in the correct place with that win added.

Regarding the Canadian battles, we have looked into it and you actually get a bit more free spins on average per player compared to the battles you are unable to play. We could, however, look into lowering the number of players that receive free spins since roughly half the participants in those battles get free spins and instead increase the number of free spins the top positions get. Is that something you would like?

rather than Canadian battles at all, why not just offer a game near to most players can play - and yes, I understand just because we cant play say Netent others shoulddnt, so why not have 2 offerings

@dionysus it is unfortunate that Netent is not allowed in Canada but since its some of our most popular battles we will continue having them.

@geordiecolin the Yeti battle ends in 6 minutes and when it does it has been ongoing for 90 minutes. It closed 30 minutes before ending.

yes I understand that - thats why I said they should be available and that just because we cant play them, others shouldnt (be able to),so why not have two offerings - like thursdays sit n go, for example, then players can either play the one allowed to them or pick one of the 2
 
Those placings on the left of the screen haven't worked correctly for me for the last couple of weeks. Occasionally a battle will work and scores update etc. but mostly it all sits there and shows scores from when i start the battle
but nothing else happens while im playing.

But i can cope with that aslong as i get my 100 spins done and rewards are calculated correctly in the end. :) (although I agree it needs dealing with).

same, the left count is often off, but i use auto so i know ive run the 100
 
This is bull crap. I haven't placed in the Canadian Battles in over a week. Anyone else? And they are saying that 38 prizes are proportionate to 70-90 people?

Half the players receiving a prize is very good.

Here is the stats on some of ours..
Pink elephants: 1537 entries 121 prizes
Falcon huntress 1121 entries 121 prizes

And if you are saying that is good, why have I not placed? ( of course you cant answer that) but I have played every battle, and not once in over a week. I'm in 22nd place now, and still just under an hour to go. I will drop down to 40th place. There are 38 prizes. There is still about 10 that havent played and 35 minutes for registration.

Pure math: You have 90 players and 38 prize places = 42% chance to win something. We have 1500 players and 121 prize places: 8% chance to win something. Okay we also have 4500 spins-battles in prime time where top 439 wins something so it takes just 21% chance to win something. So your prize structure sounds great if you compare it to non-canadians prize structure.

Forgive me as I'm colour blind but is that a blue and green wheel segment on there? So potentially you could down grade and end up with what I always get as in 1.75x WB :(

Remember when "complete all" was at least £10 worth of FS, oh the good old days.

Think I'd wet myself if ever I got a silver or gold wheel, but guessing something I'll only ever dream of on my tiny bet sizes :o
