I wouldnt call this a cut back, its not fair if you get same rewards when playing games on 98% RTP vs 96% RTP. You should receive more on 96% and less on 98% to make it fair. That is something happening with the upgrade of new achievement system.

Yes and this is what we at VS are addressing. But we will also be looking at the RTP of the game. That is why the XP was changed as well. XP (Experience Points) will get a higher value in the upgraded achievement system. These upgrades will happen this month, so keep calm until you see the full change

That "trick" to play a certain game for qualifying won't work any more.
But the average player won't feel any difference and will be happy with the longer period of time and the bigger rewards coming.

Short term RTP is still good when games are hot and slots that give good playtime will continue to give good playtime.

96% RTP is low. It should be some average RTP from all games where to compare. Just check first 10 pages of "game payouts": 80% of slots have over 96% theoretical RTP. And this same keeps going if you check more pages.

Example: I want to play Moon Princess (RTP 96.5%) and wager 500 euros in it. I have wagered 500e but just 437,50e will be count. That's pretty big difference. Second example: I want to play Viking Runecraft (RTP 96.8%) and wager 500 euros in it. I have wagered 500e but just 400,00e will be count. That's huge difference and just because 0,8% higher RTP. So your new "change": No good

I give one more extreme example: I want to play Blood Suckers 1 (RTP 98%) and wager 500 euros in it. I have wagered 500e but just 250e will be count. Yes that's A SLOT GAME and just 50% will be count. So I have to wager 1000e in suckers to get entry for the battles.

As a fair play you should set your comparison RTP higher. I guess some 96,5% RTP is pretty average if we collect all games together and count RTP from every slot. Yes, you won't do this because this new "change" is just because more losers and less players in battles. I guess next move will be cut more from the freerolls prize pools. And when this happens soon, you can always say "less players less prizes". Free tip for you VS.

It looks like I needed to play around $10 more CAD since I was able to join the freeroll. On the other hand... This actually levels the playing field in terms of people qualifying for the freerolls since when it was based on the euro, Canadians always had to play through $750+ in order to get access. Now with these changes, it means that for other countries, they now have to play about the same amount as we have done for the last few years.

This also means that 500 XP on average is now 1.5 times more wagering of what it was normally before this change. Maybe we can reduce the XP amount to 450 as a compromise?

The lowest amount in terms of how much contributes to wagering can't be lower than 75% so even though you are playing a 98% RTP game, it means you are at -25% in terms of wagering. ( 25% for each 1 RTP above 96 ). It takes awhile to figure it out, but no way does playing on games with an RTP of 97% or higher would make it contribute less than 75% since that is capped so it won't go lower than that.

Well thats out of order, it should only apply from when the qualification period ends under the old rules. So if you had wagered the 500 today then you should get the full 2 weeks. @Team.Videoslots why is that not happening?

It would be like you taking a 100% deposit match with 35x wagering then half way through the casino changing it to 50x wagering.

I'm not surprised, live chat seems offline quite often at the moment too, couple of times I've went to speak to them they have been offline. Just so you know VS - other casinos got the deposits both times, sometimes saving money doesn't actually work like that.
