Am I going blind @Team.Videoslots but have the battles for the 27th-29th gone? I see 4 days of battles (one battle per day) starting at the 29th of December but no happy hour battles. Have they been cancelled?

I thought the same but they are still on starting tomorrow night 7pm. It was posted the 18th so you had to dig back a bit

The other ones that are for next week is nothing to care about. It's just an extra freeroll each of those four days. Never got more than 5 free spins on them, if anything

Thanks for the Battle Weekend @Team.Videoslots I just redeemed all of my rewards ( 133 of them totaling 659+ spins ) and I did better than I thought I would get. I had a gift bonus paying $11.25, but my biggest hit was from the basegame where I hit for $18+. In total, I earned $123.95 which is awesome. I posted several screenshots this weekend but one of them was not from the battle. It was a win from a reward. That win was what got me one of the $50.

Now I checked all screenies and it wasn't clear about the second place. @keegannye posted one for €41.70 but it was a strange screenie and I couldn't figure out if it really was from a battle win. Please explain.
Next after him was ian with €37.50

So sorry everyone and @Team.Videoslots I think you need to correct this. I guess I'm out of winning the next time I win

Maybe there is a way we can make it easier for @Team.Videoslots for battle pics. Maybe we find a system that will make it simpler to navigate. Whether we start new thread or if posting a battle pic we have to put the score amount in a red colour or something.. brainstorm team!!

If you go back to the screenie I posted you can see that I clearly wrote that it was winnings from a reward, not battle. Funny you don't remember because you posted about it after that it would have been better if it had been in a battle
Maybe that's what confused VS too.
I mixed it up with the win I posted after that was big too but on the wrong day.
Then Colins win both Saturday and Sunday. Well, I got confused....but the win should be yours

This really annoys me, the inconsistency of how this is rectified. When I was involved, you ignored the responses from the forum and it ended up Bonanzalover forfeited his win, when realistically you had every opportunity to make this right too - this is in no way detrimental to Trilej as I am all for supporting other members but it annoys me that Bonanzalover missed out, sometimes your logic defies me.

We are sad to hear that you feel like this. We always try to be as fair and just as we can. However, we are human and we do make mistakes sometimes. This time, the mistake was found out after it had already been credited, so of course we will credit the rightful winner and since it was our mistake, we can't really punish the player that was mistaken for the winner by taking back what we had given.

During the promotion in September, there was unfortunately some technical issues, some changes were made and we tried to make the best out of it. In hindsight, it could perhaps have been handled differently, but we hope you understand that we are trying to be as consistent and fair as we can. These promotions are supposed to be something positive.
