Hi everyone,

Just a small update, unfortunately, switching the provider will not solve the issues we are having at the moment. However, we will put up the 60 man battle again to see if that works. @colinsunderland I am sorry that you feel that no one is updating you here on what is going on and that Dan did a better job. However, we only have one person here during the weekends and they usually work 9-18 during weekends. However, we are doing our best and I do understand all of your frustration, but why I am slow on updating you here is because we are doing our best to solve this.

Sorry but this is not enough. You VS raised your requirements radically and here is many users who lost enough just because got entry to these battles. You promised 10 and 30 mans battles against 500e wager (plus 20e deposit). But last 22 hours have seen something else.

That person needs more help. It's not fair to have one person handling this IMHO. Now I feel really bad for bitching.
Im sure VS can afford to have more then just one person on weekends, that is pathetic. Now down to one 60 person battle every 2 or so mins. And the point of the wagering is .... So sad to see what was such an awesome Casino to play at sliding downhill.

So I had 5 hours sleep and when I woke up a number of my friends have told me that while I closed my eyes Videoslots put on a flush of 10 man battles and they were super excited that they were able to win a bag of tokens.

Another case of "lucky for some" and "unfair for the rest".

I feel cheated of my 110 Eur that I spent to complete the wager.
 
Looks like VS are taking cost-cutting a bit too literally

Leaving one person to man the ship during a hectic SnG is not only counter-productive due to the negative feedback but also out of order on the staff member, to have to deal with everything.

To go with the phantom Tech Department that are either on half-day duties or playing Fortnite in the staff canteen.

You'd think 2 staff on would be a prerequisite, which tells me either they want to save money so badly or they're not actually bothered what transpires during the SnGs. Players will take it and come back, regardless......

but...this reallllly seems like a poor decision on management's part. Sure it's holidays...but that also means tons of players depositing home bored, ones that have allocated funds for some seasonal spinning, it's a bloody weekend night and it's a highly profiled SnG event, along with running an Xmas promotional calendar. I mean, t's like running a Walmart Boxing Day/Black Friday event and leaving one clerk to duty the cashier, floor, security and stockroom...seriously, VS cant afford an additional day's wage for someone? They can't possibly be that strapped, are they?!

Live chat will be done by a remote company during the night, the person who messaged here was probably a technician or someone from live chat just letting us know the normal VS staff only work 9-6 on a weekend.

They really do short staff themselves over at VS... Always have...

One SNG weekend they only had 1 guy manning the chat for about 8 hours when the battles started to crash ... He copped a lot of abuse unfairly

Who cares who it was? Big problem is still going on and this might be biggest broblem VS has ever seen. Because enough is enough.
 
For a long time I argued that entry to the free roll battle weekends where what we pay for only to be told that they where "free" so when things go wrong Videoslots are not liable to provide any recourse. This time round they specified wagering requirements for entry despite having 2 years or so to get things right in order to gain entry to a very clear "Paid" entry weekend.
Most of this evening I have faced being unable to enter games,none being available and bugs which find me going round in circles. From what I can understand by following this thread is that it also appears to be regional where 10 man games have been available to some yet not to others?

which seems rather counter-produutive and to the point of my post - why NOT have additional staff working after hours on a weekend - when people are less likely to be working, and depositing, moreso during a holiday week and flouted event and calendar

I spoke to Erin about an hour ago about something, and as much as I don't know if she sits at home, in another country or in the videoslots office, I have spoken to her during working hours too, so she is either VS staff or all live chat is all contracted out.

I ended up depositing some where else because I cant deposit here, and won 953 dollars on the Book Of Oz :D I agree management needs to pull it together.

Harry I patiently did not post a word in here until a few hours ago. There comes a point where most people feel that complaining is justified
 
I've not been able to play as much today because it's my birthday and I've been out drinking and boogieing with my wife and friends. Even as the night wore on and I was starting to see double I was thinking I'll still get an hour in probably, then have a few hours tomorrow. So I come back, login and it's more or less the same as when I left to go out, except there's no battles at all...

Oh well, I'll get some sleep then. Goodnight!

PS I really love you Videoslots, no other casino gives us more than you do where freebies and things like this are concerned. BUT, these kind of problems are a recurring feature and always seem to happen with Play N Go slots. That, coupled with a significantly increased wagering requirement over a shorter period of time puts a bit of negative on the whole experience and I can understand people getting arsey about it. That said, I do appreciate everything you do for us but maybe a bit more forethought wouldn't go amiss in the future.

Okay with my bad english I can start this s*it storm. I just can't understand what is happening. Okay you raised rules etc. but still. You f*cked off whole weekend. You knew png will be the worst producer when we talk about technical issues. Still you put some png-slot in and it took under 2 hours from start before problems started. I just can't understand why. I really hope you even try to compensate this all for players. It's not your fault dear VS rep but I guess users here are bored. And this is not a first time. Not even second. Or third. Please do something.

They know very well that there are issues and trust me, they would very much like not to have them. But you get the sense that some people here think that VS is doing this on purpose. :rolleyes:

I was busy most of the day, sit down after dinner to play and this is the sad state of affairs. As a Canadian my requirements for deposits and wagering are over 1.5 x that of VS’s euros clientele. This was quite steep considering the short time frame and that I had already did a lot of wagering.

I certainly will not make that same mistake for the next sit n go. I kept aside funds to play next week, but I do not feel like rewarding VS further this kind of fiasco.

Although others have complained already, I would like my voice too be heard as well.

Nearly 30 pages for one day, 99% being complaints that nothings working either at all or properly, after some people spent 100's to be able to take part, what were you expecting, praise?
 
You do not fulfill the limit requirements for this Battle, you need to have deposited EUR 20.00 and wagered EUR 500.00 in the last 7 days. my voucher ran out. lol and guys as I was once told by a wise man, If you only depositing to play these free rolls then you are playing for the wrong reasons. only deposit what you can afford to loose which is why I havent for two weeks.

It is Christmas period and I guess neither VS nor Play'n GO are fully staffed right now, which amplifies the problem as solutions will not be found as quickly.

But I am pretty sure (and I will eat my words if not) that VS will do something at the end of the SnG weekend like they always did.

Issues they have known about for what, 18+ months now? Issues that members on here predicted before the start would happen. Yet none have been fixed. Things that were predicted and commented on for days by members, and every time the response was, our tech team is working on it. Not very hard obviously as MrWild after midnight, managed to get it fixed in an hour (well done him).

VS are at fault for this, they have seemingly reduced staff to a level where they can't cope. Having one member of staff on a battle weekend is ridiculous, simple as that.

You don't know what the problems are! Maybe they are not that easily fixed. Constantly slagging VS people off here is just not the way to do it.

MrWild's fix was temporary, so not really a solution.

I played a total of about 5 hours yesterday and never had a single problem. Battles were always running although in 30-/60-mans but I collected over 30 rewards and had over 3 hours of playtime with the winnings. Nothing differerent than any other SnG weekend.

I don't have a problem with Free Tickets, tbh. As a "real" regular at VS I always wager much more than EUR500 per week and don't care how others get access. Main point is I have and always will. Wagering EUR500 in a week is "peanuts" so to speak.

Don't you think that some of the measures in the past weeks have been made to separate the wheat from the chaff? In such that "real" regulars are getting better rewarded than the opportunists who swing by the casino and deposit only just enough, and that almost down to the penny, to have access to the SnGs, CM promos etc.

I would say it was about time VS is concentrating more on those who actually bring the profit because in the last years they have given out the goodies just about to everyone. E.g. a simple 100 - 200 spins @ 0.20 gets you already race winnings every week. I wouldn't call that regulars.

I didnt say i did not wager £500 I only said I didnt deposit
