I was one of the people that had to wager too, but it is broken! They need to at least give something back to us and call it a day. I know I'm not the only one that can't play in real mode because it is broken!
Hopefully it will extend an extra hour tomorrow, yes it's annoying as I plan how many rewards I want to achieve each hour but if it's down it's down maybe they should just leave play and go alone if there is more than one room in the future or use two different games and providers.
 
No battles for a while now... i feel falcon huntress coming along.. :D

Maybe they should switch to netent or thunderkick , some other xmas related slot, similar bet size etc.

You didn't state the bold part in the previous post and yes I agree if it's causing problems then scrap it but reward players who participated as a token. 100 spins would be nice and fair.
 
Many people specifically wagered the required amount in the short period in order to get into the battles. If it gets scrapped at this point with no recourse there will be a lot of unhappy players. SNG weekend may technically be free; however entry was predicated upon wagering at least 500 to be eligible.

Not to mention the people who wagered £500 before the 17th, only to be told of the changes and that an additional £500 needed to be wagered between the 17 and start of the battles, ergo wagering £1000 to be eligible.

Me? Meh, not really bothered, but still.
 
well, I also had to wager and had 150€ left to wager, put 30€ in and done it.
but the wagering did't show up in the game history so I've asked the CS . and the guy said I had to wager still 2,3€ :eek::D
but I've asked him nicely for some FS to make the wagering and he gave me few FS to make it :rolleyes::cheers:

oh well, I am bored this weekend so was looking forward to Netflix, SNG and

Times have changed they on a strict budget now maybe they can't just change it without getting approval isn't that where the problems started when they put three battles on and kept three for a month or two.
But they offered a deal with strict criteria in order to gain entry to them. In this instance I think that they should swallow their medicine

That person needs more help. It's not fair to have one person handling this IMHO. Now I feel really bad for bitching.

My point wasn't that he was doing a better job than you, it was, when he was working by himself he would always post if there was problems. If you just popped on and said you were aware of the problems and they were being worked on, it would calm people down, rather than people thinking no one was doing anything. You keep saying you pass tech stuff to other teams, so presumably you aren't the one fixing the problems, a 30 second post would stop some of the negativity, just copy and paste so people know you are there :)
Ultimately though, you know there will be problems, I can't recall a single battle weekend where the same problems haven't happened. There should be more staff on to cope, which isn't your fault, but should be addressed by the people in charge.
