Yes it was nice that you changed battle time from 10min to 8min but that's not enough. You raised requirements but nothing is still working. I'm not happy. Okay yes it's really nice we have this kind of promotions but too much issues. Every time. Every time. Every time.

TVS - is there an issue with redeeming rewards? I'm having to refresh the game up to 10 times sometimes to try and activate the free spins - right now i can't play any of the rewards as it's saying there's one activated but when you go into the game they aren't....

Am no way an expert but it seems problems ensue when 10 man battles are put on so maybe just keep with the 30 and 60 man battles? That might be more stable.

When the 10 man battles were available it's been the most stable the sng's have been.

At this point I would settle for 100 spins probably less than the rewards I would have gotten but this is not fun anymore.I was looking forward to this SNG to take the stress off Christmas. Now I am all bah humbug (which will hill tells me all the time incidentaly)

Ive managed 69 rewards today, but haven't put as many hours in as i normally would. (problems not helping too). But been playing them as i go to keep me occupied. Up to £40 , which isn't bad at all.

While at times its showed lots of 10 mans available, i rarely get into any - always telling me they are full. And im pretty good at quickly getting in and out of battles.

Still enjoying it for the most part. (apart from obvious issues, plus the annoying music bug in the game lol)

Wait.. when the site catches up, it'll sort itself out..

But if it helps, juggle 3 pickles, do a headstand and sing achey-breaky heart, when you do all that they will magically appear.

It can some times take up to half hour. had a few myself. Or have a couple of cash clicks and it brings it up

Many people specifically wagered the required amount in the short period in order to get into the battles. If it gets scrapped at this point with no recourse there will be a lot of unhappy players. SNG weekend may technically be free; however entry was predicated upon wagering at least 500 to be eligible.

I do see your point but I disagree with your solution. You aren't being a bitch either you are just frustrated and we feel ya

I was one of the people that had to wager too, but it is broken! They need to at least give something back to us and call it a day. I know I'm not the only one that can't play in real mode because it is broken!

Maybe they should switch to netent or thunderkick , some other xmas related slot, similar bet size etc.
