My guess is that they either sent all in the Team home over the holidays, or they had a huge Christmas party last night.
Hope for the last one and then they will appear later today.

Otherwise maybe someone else in the staff who have access to the email they use could take a look since there seem to be more people waiting

Yeah I noticed them now lol, this reminds me of when it was painful to join the 10man battles until they fixed them, it seems the old bug is back from many many months ago with them. Hopefully the tech team can sort them out so we see them more easily!?

Keep clicking freeroll until a 10 one appears then you have to dive on it

I actually think this slot choice could backfire on VS as it doesn't have a bonus the gift choice option quite oftens brings £10 or more and even one spin out of all the battle rewards could easily bring a withdrawal.

So last week i noticed i played 300 spins on fat santa...... But then checked my achievements and no spins had recorded for the game. It took a week but @Team.Videoslots did get a response from the tech dept and they fixed it.

Now i have noticed this..... on a new game Merry Xmas!

I have the Yellow candle trophy (win 500 times in 1 day)

But i havent got the win 500 times trophy

go figure that one???

Cant say its that hard to join 10 battles all you need is a fast connection good tactic and a quick finger you just dont play counter strike enough

I do not have a problem joining them as such the 10man ones. It is the fact they do not show up often enough. They are just hidden and show up once every 10 mins then u have to be quick before they vanish again for another 10 mins. They just need to add more 10man battles and then they would show up more often.

He has a tactic to wait until only one left then do hes spin and as soon as done he spam freeroll tab and reg next one nothing fishy to that

May I be brutally honest?

There are some people here that had to do some serious thinking about whether it was worth chasing the 500 Eur wager... It's Christmas, budgets are tight...

But I tell you what I did... I weighed up what the promotion offered against what I could afford to spend, and what I could reasonably expect in return from entering the SNG competition...

Now, what was on offer is not being provided, and the replacement does not meet the expectations of the offer.

If I joined a 10 man battle and a 30 man battle every cycle of opportunity to join and play, as was on offer, I could reasonably expect to gain a fair collection of tokens over the 2 days play. Whether the tokens pay or not is a gamble, but I could enjoy my time and expect a little in return.

When there is only a 30 man battle and a 60 man battle to join (let's not talk about the occasional and exceptionally difficult to enter 10 man battles dribbling in every now and then) there is almost a snowball's chance in hell of collecting a fair amount of tokens.

I am EXTREMELY unhappy with the situation I find myself in now. I regret spending the 110 Euro it cost to meet the wager. I feel completely RIPPED off and I'm sure I'm not alone.

Now, I'm an understanding kind of guy... If this had been the first time an issue arose, I could find peace with it. Maybe even the second time... But this is probably the 5th or 6th time I've experienced issues in a SNG weekend and previous fixes (adding new games, more battles, etc) were satisfactory.

TODAY is very UNSATISFACTORY... The fix is a fix, but it's not FAIR.

I'm disgusted.

You didn't realize they shortened the time period for the battles, didn't you? So basically, you are not losing much.

EDIT: I played a total of 2.5 hours so far and got 11 rewards. Very much in line what I usually get.

dont think anyone does that looking at the screen someone posted its just a matter of beeing last person to spin and quickly reg next one when done looking at timestamp for battle in those screens time started and how many soins left issue solved..
