I’m not doubting you know what you’re talking about but I have no idea.
If 10 man and 30 man are both running together how can that be less than 10 man running only?
If there is a Max number of battles at any one time I’ve never seen that limit hit as I’ve always been able to enter both at the same time and am limited only by the time it takes others to finish spinning.

Look at the log below. Because there are not many people still active it takes 2 - 3 minutes to fill a battle. If you have only 10-man battles you would have 2 - 3 battles starting per minute.

500 people playing 10-man battles - 50 battles + 500 people playing 30-man battles - 16 battles = total 66 battles.
How are there less battles being played with 10 man only than 10 man and 30 combined?

500 people playing only 10-man battles - 50 battles max running at the same time within a 10-minute time period (which is the limit for the battles)
500 people playing 30- and 60-man battles - 16 x 30-mans + 8 x 60-mans = max 24 battles within a 10-minute time period.

Can be more, if people finish their 25 spins quickly, but will always be less the more people you need for a battle.

Please look at my calculations. I was referring to a different scenario.

You are right though in part, if there are either 10-mans or 10- and 30-man battles. However, 10-man battles finish usually quicker than 30-man battles, so I assume the amount of simultaneous wouldn't be that much different.

But the main point was between 10- / 30-mans and 30-/60-mans as that clearly reduces the number of simultaneous battles, hence, taking load off the servers.

Yes but it did not show the whole win had it on Autoplay 3 x 5oak elks but it was something over 3000 cant sleep

You do know that 60-man battles take load off from the servers, don't you? So which would you prefer - only 30-man battles or 30- and 60-man battles until they sort out the problems?

I believe that the sound of this game probably is causing delays in the system because it keeps going on a loop here for me

Would be lovely if we could get another game in the SNG and make this interesting; takes ages to get ppl to join 60 ppl battles (

May I be brutally honest?

There are some people here that had to do some serious thinking about whether it was worth chasing the 500 Eur wager... It's Christmas, budgets are tight...

But I tell you what I did... I weighed up what the promotion offered against what I could afford to spend, and what I could reasonably expect in return from entering the SNG competition...

Now, what was on offer is not being provided, and the replacement does not meet the expectations of the offer.

If I joined a 10 man battle and a 30 man battle every cycle of opportunity to join and play, as was on offer, I could reasonably expect to gain a fair collection of tokens over the 2 days play. Whether the tokens pay or not is a gamble, but I could enjoy my time and expect a little in return.

When there is only a 30 man battle and a 60 man battle to join (let's not talk about the occasional and exceptionally difficult to enter 10 man battles dribbling in every now and then) there is almost a snowball's chance in hell of collecting a fair amount of tokens.

I am EXTREMELY unhappy with the situation I find myself in now. I regret spending the 110 Euro it cost to meet the wager. I feel completely RIPPED off and I'm sure I'm not alone.

Now, I'm an understanding kind of guy... If this had been the first time an issue arose, I could find peace with it. Maybe even the second time... But this is probably the 5th or 6th time I've experienced issues in a SNG weekend and previous fixes (adding new games, more battles, etc) were satisfactory.

TODAY is very UNSATISFACTORY... The fix is a fix, but it's not FAIR.

I'm disgusted.

I've decided last night to sleep instead of waiting for the battles as I've predicted they will fail somehow. and now got me 30 min now to read back and try to make sense of what's happening with the SNGs

Dont think so but there are mid battle not end of a battle, so i thiink @Team.Videoslots will have to sort that out. ill happily join 2 battles at the same time. But even owrse they are in 2 10 man battles and 3 different players not just one player

Promo team probably don't work in evenings at weekends, probably cut down the staff to save money.
