Settle... the reason is because the "games dept" look after the forum. not customer support... so the games dept are likely running around trying to sort out the play n go servers.. Remember its not VS with the issues its play n go at their servers. VS are likely just trying to sort it with them. they dont control the issue. Using a thunderkick game would fix it though

I agree ... Raise the wager!... Some would have got through with 20Eur ... Others, like myself, would have had to deposit quite a bit more to make wager.... I spent 110 Eur I think to get through....

Now, 110 Eur is quite a bit... I would expect to at least get the full 2 days worth of action for that kind of deposit....

Not to mention that this happens EVERY SNG weekend.

Can only join when you luck in as the system unfreezes every 15 mins, then you get a “no win” if you occasionally do win some spins, fear not they spin dry or just don’t activate..

I played 40 spins and it crashed saying I had no money left. I went and looked, sure enough, all my spins gone, but I had 60 left.
