Thank you for yesterday's help and support with my issues during what must of been a fairly frantic time.

In order to improve customer experience of the freeroll battles, can I ask are the following items being considered as part of your lessons learned exercise?

1 - Casino maintenance during the freeroll battles - Was this initiated by the provider? If so, are/were they aware that you were running a freeroll battle during the times so that capacity on their servers and maintenance is planned not during the freerolls accordingly to ensure best service?

2 - Incorrect timing setting for rewards during freeroll - I presume this has been generated by an inadvertent human error when setting up the freerolls rather than a system error? If so, I presume most rewards are set for 7 days and on exception use a different timing? If so, should or does your system give a warning message before generating the output if you are setting something other than the 7 days, as the re-work bourn from this occurrence I expect will be considerable.

3 - Communication to customers - Whilst us CM users have communication of the issues and your actions on this thread, there are many other customers who don't. Is there any merit to having a Casino service message text functionality which communicates to all users logged in so you can update all customers if unforeseen issues happen during freeroll battles?

4 - Clarity of rules for CM battle competitions - I can see that for yesterdays battle, both myself and another CM member have the same highest score (120.00), however when I checked the rules and T&C's there is no guidance as to what will happen, (will we both get the reward, will the first to post the result get the reward?)

I hope you find the above useful feedback, and do not take it as criticism of any people, rather of the current processes in place, which can be improved.
 
Gotta tell a funny story that happened today.

Thought I'd want to have a venti Starbucks Latte for the SnG session, so went to the shop just before it closed. Happy leaving the store with the cup in my hand, I walk leisurely the 30 m to the residence entrance. As I walk in I stumble and empty the entire Latte on the floor. :oops: :( .... Aaah, no problem, I'll just run back and get another one or so I thought.... as I approach the Starbucks I see the staff switching off the lights. :oops:

So back to instant coffee as my coffee maker broke down a few weeks ago. :(

2. There was a technical problem with the free spin rewards and not the free rolls and we will make sure that does not happen again.

3. It would be great with a function to inform our players in real-time when problems occur and that is something we, hopefully, can implement in the future.

4. We will discuss this in our team and get back to you (all) with an answer.

Im fairly sure they post how many spins had been played/won and stuff like that after they have finished in a news post or something.

As for our own achievements, i think they can be looked up in your account (well, how many rewards youv had , you can count them in there i think).

regarding #4 - i think in the past (maybe if anyone can confirm) it has been stated as whoever posted their screenshot first was deemed the winner.. which makes sense i guess... i rarely get a high enough score so really doesnt bother me too much.. but for others prob important.
 
So just to confirm, the free spins rewards are valued at 0.20 each and doubled in placement? Or is it just the bet size for the tournament and now 1st place - 18 free spins (6+12 extra), 2nd place - (5+10 extra), 3rd place (4+8 extra) for a 10 man battle as an example?

Team Videoslots you are still advertising the rewards as Extra Spins. Extra in English means "in addition to", so it currently reads as if the reward structure would be as in my prior post.
 
They have had alot of structural changes recently. But ultimately look at thunderkick, besides the rewards issue which is understandable as ive had rewards given to me on new released games and they have had slight technical issues. The games themselves played fine..... If play n go cannot manage that then why do VS purposely put their integrity as a leading provider and possible loss of revenue in the hands of play n go....

Wouldnt this justify putting one more staff member on???

Also there are VS voices here obviously, but what about the hundreds of people who decide to just rant in the chatroom, they dont have an account here they just blah blah blah and the experience with the battles causes them to not play at VS anymore...

If VS want some tips im happy to talk to the bosses, i think we all are and would be happy to. Its not the customer service reps fault. we all understand how upper management can be.


@Team.Videoslots im happy for you to show this post to Kenny, from what i know he was promoted to customer satisfaction officer or similar.. I am telling you now.... and forward this to the bosses, your customers arent happy, and not all of them are on here.

Me myself, i dont mind either way, im not stressed and love you guys. But seriously if your going to stick a metal fork into a toaster thats not smart, but if you do it a second time then well...... and by now i think you guys are up to the 8th time with play n go.... the toast is burnt....

and on a side note the idiots who put you down or get annoyed, ignore them, i really think them doing that will want you to help them faster....... Customer service, its a tough job for sure

The hundreds of people in the chat rooms on VS are there because they have no money to play elsewhere. They are getting more playtime because of VS's loyalty scheme (free battles). The level of vitriol in that lobby, holds no bounds. Utter, bitter people, who are using the chat at VS a place to vent (not just about VS).

There's not many places like VS where you can chat, even then you get people moaning that certain words are censored, we even have certain members of this forum banned, after numerous warnings and yet they don't seem to understand why.

I find that that this forum is heading that way (although I'm sure the Meister and Max will deal with it) Example. Robbie811 Tagging the Meister and saying What the F^%K is going on Casinomeister.

Do we really want these kind of posts on here?

Also I think VS are doing very well, They certainly don't need any tips. They are obviously doing something right, as they continue to grow.

Makes me cringe reading some of the posts on this thread. people thinking they can tell VS how to run their business and be extremely rude in doing so. Screaming like a 5year old because they didn't get 5 free spins.

Why are you all on here moaning and slagging VS off?

Surely if they are that bad, you would be elsewhere, playing at a different Casino, with all the freebies that VS don't give you?

Sorry for the confusion, that was a typo in our news the bet level is 0.10 and that is the reason we doubled the rewards for these battles.

The wording "As a small thank you for your understanding, we have also increased the prizes" comes up as a bit insulting to anyone that can add 2+2.
The normal use of that phrase is when you give back the original value + something more. Now it looks only the same, but it really is half because the Pink Elephant battles will need double or more time to finish than the Iron Girl.

I totally appreciate the SnG battles and the comp you are offering.
I am simply pointing out that the wording you use in the announcement can have a very negative response.

I said already a few times that we should hold our breath once in a while and stop chasing VS through the arena. It won't end well as at some point they are just going to be fed-up with all the moaning and complaining.

It just surprises me time and again, VS does more for us CM'ers than any other accredited casino, yet the litany of post because of 5FS at $0.10 or other trivial stuff is never ending. I lost some 20 or 30, can remember to be honest and I am not bothered. And the argument that we paid for the SnG battles doesn't hold water. Wagering $200 in a month brings the casino a measly $8 in revenue before tax, overheads etc., the SnG battles give people hundreds of FS at $0.10/0.20, you do the math.

Really funny that we can lose hundreds or thousands every month without hesitation, yet complain endlessly because of a few cents worth of FS.
