Do you recommend the people needing rewards replaced talk to chat/support or inbox you guys here to have the rewards replaced?

at least itll help inform everyone and wont flood your inbox or chat having frustrated people waiting in queue and having a little dummy spit

Would imagine they will be working on it automatically tomorrow readding them as thousands of people that don't use here.

Would think they would want as little people as possible pming them or contacting chat

Not being funny, but why would you only have one person working on pretty much the busiest nights of the month, when you are doing PlayNGo battles, knowing that every single time you do them there's problems?

Have some patience, geeze the poor VS guys.... they were trying to fix the play n go issue - mind you its not on VS end its on play n go end the issue is... STILL they cant fix their servers to handle the traffic...or whatever the issue.

Then in the hurry of trying to fix it, another issue has happened...

The poor team they are prob stressed out and over peoples whinging. i dont blame them if they never did a sit n go freeroll again by the way some of you act.

you would be well wise to remember that at times....

there are humans on the other side of these words and its not their fault, they are using the tools given to them to do their jobs. They arent all computer geniuses and no doubt their system is under stress. so freaking chill

No but you take into consideration that there is one person dealing with all this, don't blame the one at the bottom when the ones at the top are lying in bed dreaming.
So knowing this happens nigh-on every Battle for hours at a time, why have one person working?

Because the big bosses don't want to pay staff to work anti social hours and expect the lowest to deal with all the shit. As someone who works in a GP practice with regularly only two members of staff to do 4 jobs I can understand this fully and when you question the bosses they don't want to pay people and expect you to get on with it.
 
why organise a fiasco to begin with ?
I am sure they wanted everying to run smoothly
Why not have more staff on for Battles that have recurring problems and/ or choose technically-efficient providers?

What would you rather have, more staff on chat or less free battles? Its a business after all the costs have to come from somewhere, I know what i prefer :)
I'd prefer less free Battles if it meant they run properly, barring the odd glitch

The bosses are clearly wrong, and any critical comments seem justified. Dan used to cope ok most the time Just seems to me to be part of Videoslots recent obvious cost cutting measures.
 
They have had alot of structural changes recently. But ultimately look at thunderkick, besides the rewards issue which is understandable as ive had rewards given to me on new released games and they have had slight technical issues. The games themselves played fine..... If play n go cannot manage that then why do VS purposely put their integrity as a leading provider and possible loss of revenue in the hands of play n go....

Wouldnt this justify putting one more staff member on???

Also there are VS voices here obviously, but what about the hundreds of people who decide to just rant in the chatroom, they dont have an account here they just blah blah blah and the experience with the battles causes them to not play at VS anymore...

If VS want some tips im happy to talk to the bosses, i think we all are and would be happy to. Its not the customer service reps fault. we all understand how upper management can be.

@Team.Videoslots im happy for you to show this post to Kenny, from what i know he was promoted to customer satisfaction officer or similar.. I am telling you now.... and forward this to the bosses, your customers arent happy, and not all of them are on here.

Me myself, i dont mind either way, im not stressed and love you guys. But seriously if your going to stick a metal fork into a toaster thats not smart, but if you do it a second time then well...... and by now i think you guys are up to the 8th time with play n go.... the toast is burnt....

and on a side note the idiots who put you down or get annoyed, ignore them, i really think them doing that will want you to help them faster....... Customer service, its a tough job for sure

yes indeed he loved listening so much he moved to a company where he doesnt have to deal with anyone, if he choses to he will.... i dont know him well i wasnt on here much when he was. nice guy though.
 
I could only play for half an hour this morning the time over here because I had to go to work :(

In that half an hour I got 3 rewards and I missed out on all the fun, not fair, stupid work :(

Same again for tomorrow all work and no play :rolleyes:

Anyway I would just like to say thanks VS & Team for doing an awesome job and giving us free-roll battles which are always fun, big love to all :thumbsup:

LOL Mina.... If it was anything at all... the word fun doesnt come to mind... but hey it was enjoyable on some level

I guess spinning my rewards as soon as they appeared was a good decision last night lol

Tiger rush, jury's out on that one lol I did far better with falcon huntress , just a few spins and a bonus, can't complain.

So last night I made around a dozen iron girl rewards and made nearly £15 from those.. few more £ from falcon and then played a little bod before bed that boosted me to £60.. withdrawal.. result! Considering the nights problems lol

Look forward to tonight regardless of potential problems, I've still enjoyed it and appreciate Vs here trying to deal with things and sort stuff out. :)
