With all due respect, but I think it is about time you tell Thunderstruck to get their sh*t together. Long loading time, opening the game in demo mode, logging me out from the casino, etc etc. Unbearable. I have given up chasing the 500x bet win as I have not got past 50X yet. Only my rage meter has gone past 500 on a scale of 1 - 500!

Seems to me that most problems in the freerolls happen on Thunderkick games. The amount of times I have seen suddenly $5,000 in my balance is mindblowing, only to find out it opened the game yet again in demo mode and all is just funny money.

You do know its on slot called Spectra not thunderstruck?? you must really like that slot.

Don't worry they have a hotline to Microgaming as payouts on Thunderstruck has been to low so RTP has been put at max now. I think i will actually give it few spins later with my winnings from battle ) (Thanks for the feedback. We understand your frustration and will provide this further. Play and go an netent have had way more problems in the past remember the planet fortune weekend? cancelled cos of technical problems or the similar problems with the three day netent ones also cancelled and both times they were replaced with TK games.

TK have a great record considering they are the more frequently used provider on sng weekends and battles and it usually all goes smoothly.

I have had no problems playing Thunderkick slots on whatever servers that I play on as a Canadian. It is frustrating when things do have problems like loading issues / loading up in demo mode. That would suck. :/

but why are about 4 battles a week out of 84 set like this when the rest are over 2 hours? Same with Theme Park on Sunday.

I would like them all to be the same length of time not the odd battle closing after one hour. I cannot play Theme Park battle on a Sunday as it closes at 2.15pm uk time and I don't get home normally until 2.30pm.

Maybe some sort of loyalty screen shot maybe (from normal play, not a battle) - Highest 'x' won at VS in a certain time frame?

Ideas for now which may not even get off the ground
