What's the point to allow anonimity in the chats or in the battles? I thought the reason that one needs to create a nickname during the registration is to hide the real name where needed (chats, battles etc.).

I don't see the privacy concerns which made it necessary to allow these Anonymous nicks.

yes he appeared to have got a wildline,but that was a chance in thousands.
Also unless he managed play at a higher stake he would be playing at 9p instead of 10p

He's actually from Poland and a member of a gambling forum I frequent, I had a conversation with him (and some other users) about it as he was boasting about it and other things, to be honest after the conversation I came to the conclusion he was a scammer and I wasn't even sure he really could change the game in the battle as he was also trying to sell to the members a method to trigger a feature on every spin on Netent slots I think, or something like that, which is as idiotic as it gets of course, one of those "with this one trick you can get rich!" internet things. Though if instead of just sucking the slots dry with his "method" and living the dream in the Carribean or something he wanted to enlighten the others I suppose we should call it an act of good will and him a messiah

In any case it's good to see him caught, I hate these kind of people with a passion.

I didn't assume anything, Bebo67. You mentioned that this person was possibly the same one that won the Babushkas battle. If this was the case... Not only would this person be unable to join our Canadian battles unless he had an IP from Canada, he wouldn't be able to play Netent from Canada if this person in fact was from Canada. Using VPN you can get around this, but is it really worth the risk when VS has your account information and doesn't allow Canadians to use VPN? Not a good idea.

I am glad this person did get caught and I do wonder how long this exploit has been around.

I was trying to make sense of everything, as I had come in late. So he isnt named " anonymous" and was able to take a game and change it to another game? And then win on it? Babushca, is a retarded game. He could of least done it on a better game. Lol. Takes all kinds.

Great to hear you took swift action against the cheater.

I'm just wondering if videoslots will be providing some sort of statement once your investigation is completed. If it is true that a player was caught exploiting these tournaments, then that is a serious matter and there will be many questions to be answered.

This community done a great job in catching one person cheating, but how many more people knew about this exploit and were taking advantage of it? Someone a little more savvy may have used the same exploit to take advantage of the €100 buyin tournaments in which case there could be many players who lost out on legitimate winnings.

The fact is videoslots failed to identify the cheating and if not for this community it would still be going on. I think therefore you need to say a bit more than "It's been sorted". I would even go as far as to publish a statement in your newsletter with a full report of your investigation and what action you've taken.

You now have players in the tournament chats accusing others of cheating and this may not go away any time soon if you choose to say nothing more.

Last SnG Freeroll on PnG Did Kill PnG Server for around 5 Hours.

So im guessing its down to options.

For all the stick they get Thunderkick seems to be the only capable platform but if they started using them for everning SnG they would run out of weekend options
