Hi Dan, as you seem to be always around here i post my question right here. And apologies if this has already been discussed but this thread i too long to read it all.

What are the chances of adding a weekly or monthly tournament with maybe 50 or 100 buyin? I know theres a 100€ tournament but its only 300 minutes long and the prices are not that great because not many people take part.

But what if it runs longer and maybe satellites for people who dont want risk a higher buy in? I would risk a high buy in from time to time if it was possible to get like 3k or 5k for winning.

I noticed something last night about the birds on a wire battle. The prize listing only goes down from 1st to 165th then stops. I assumed it would just give prizes out correctly , but looking this morning I finished in 404th place, which I thought was still a winning position for 5fs but didn't get anything (placings go to 450)

Can you look into that ?

This morning I noticed my balance had reduced from what it was when I left it earlier after thinking I'd registered for the freeroll at the time (an hour ago).

After doing some looking around, it would appear that I somehow registered for a paid battle and not the freeroll. Im guessing because the right window pane in the battle lobby can
be slow loading, id not noticed when i clicked register it must have been the paid battle. (ive been caught out with this before, but due to not having any balance, it didn't affect me as i
couldnt pay for the battle).

Ive spoken to chat and they say nothing can be done about it because it was a 'mis-click', and 'technical problems at my end', (which is preposterous). Is this correct? I know its not a lot
of money, but being a low roller its kind of a lot to me As i say, its not the first time ive been nearly caught out due to being quicker at clicking and moving around than the battle
lobby is to updating itself.

Is there any advice or anything you can do? I was told simply to play the battle, but im not willing to waste even more money on something I never wanted to play to start with.

Yeah that's what i do.

I think problem is/was...

You click the freeroll tab once you open up the battle lobby, then click the current freeroll battle at the top - but the right pane window doesn't update itself very quickly (and sometimes takes ages to do so) - what i think happened was, id moved over to the big 'register' button as soon as id clicked the top freeroll battle.. but had simply not realised it was still on the paid battle details/info that loads up when you first open the lobby.. but id just not realised (it was first thing in morning i was still half asleep ) That's the only explenation i have for what happened (ive done this a few times before, and got a message up saying i dont have enough funds - due to not having any balance while just playing freerolls - except this time i did have a balance, so it took the money)

Hands up all those who have done this too? Mine was a £50 battle and no I didn’t place. I don’t ever have this in my balance either lol.
But we live and learn and pay far more attention to the 2nd screen that asks if you want to join and tells you the amount.

Yeah luckily it was only a small amount (my balance wasnt that big to start with). I was just baffled to start with cause i couldnt work out where the money had gone, then i realised the above must have happened lol

Normally im very careful of what i do or dont click. But i went to freeroll tab, top freeroll battle, quickly zoom over to the big register button, didnt take much notice of much else after that, closed browser down deciding to
come back later.

In the end i didnt play the battle, as I couldnt justify doing so, and was on a slot i didnt really want to play. So i just accepted id lost a couple of quid. Dan did sort out one of the team to give me some kinda compensation
for the accident, which was appreciated as they didnt need to - but it was just another battle ticket for paid battles i dont play lol appreciated the thought though as its this kinda thing that really adds to the service of vs with everything else they do.

Been looking forward to these weekday battles! I like these more than the weekend long ones - mostly because of my attention span (and losing the will to live) while playing the weekend long ones Love the weekday
