Its a ban for life too. Any time Ive gotten banned, there has never been a warning. This would of been my 3rd or 4th ban since chat started. Never any warnings and now for life.

Nothing that can't be rescinded. I'd imagine it was reactionary, they're just human too after all ;)
 
Bebo sounds like me! I am going through something like that as well but not in regards to Videoslots, I will be making a new thread to tell my story just have to figure out what to say kind of thing so save your anger for that please as I will need people's help. :). Onto the topic I would leave your account opened for the reasons already stated for when the time comes for netent.

I do agree they were a bit sensitive there though, but even that could be fixed later on.

Netent will come back to Canada in the future and probably Dan don't want to change the battles for you since he haven't done it. Not much to do about it.

I wasn't right. I wasnt " politically right". Banned for saying " shit" even though I was defending Gemix, banned for other stuff that I cant even remember! They want a rosy posy, sunshine and lollipop environment. And I will be used as an example of what can happen!

Im calmed down now, but people should know how stubborn I am. Even if Im wrong, right. Still stubborn.

I agree that it is too harsh you are banned from chat for life. But VS is a private business and they have absolute right to make rules in the way they want.
Here Casinomeister has rules too. It's not like you can say whatever you like here either.

Regarding to Canadian freeroll I believe a few people have pointed out mathematically you guys getting good rewards, comparing 2000 people join netent frerolls to 70 people join Canadian one, and also only Netent freerolls are the ones you can't join, the rest-2/3 of freerolls you guys can play.

If you think closing down is something you want, I respect that, but to be tell you the truth VS is one of the casino that takes care of Canadian people well, I'm pretty sure if it was another casino they would say "You guys can't join the netent freeroll? Tough. We are too busy to create battle for 70 people to join." Not to mention VS is one of a few casinos that allows Canadian to play Big Time Gaming.

Anyway freeroll weekends is coming. It's Thunderkick game which means you can join, so why don't you have some fun next weekends first before you make any decision?

See, and Im looking at it this way. Canadians pay a huge amount, more then the rest except Australia to be in the battles. And we get less. No one can say for sure if and when Netent is coming back. It could be a year, it could be never. There is roughly 70 people in the canadian battles with 38 prizes. Starting at 25 free spins, 20, 15 and down to 3 and 2 free spins. I do way better in the bigger battles by far! And I'm told to put up and shut up??????? I have gone to Dan in private when the numbers started climbing up back in the late fall. I've gone numerous times, and then went public out here. I haven't been the only one complaining. Im just the one that has been " chosen" whether by someone reporting me or them seeing. Either way we are getting shafted! We don't get any of the battles you guys get, we get crap prizes even though numbers are climbing and we get the " I will look into it" every stinking time.
I know its just a " battle". Its the principal.
 
I agree on a point which is the part for the wagering requirement to get into the freerolls is not equal for every country due to currency fluctuations but since this system is for everyone, to change it will take a ton of time. In the battles that I have seen in the Canadian battles you are on the unlucky side for sure, but I also see you comment about your bad luck a lot without anything really positive to say in them. I do think the prize pool should increase, but I also understand that our odds no matter how bad the luck can be is still way better than the Netent ones that we can't join and this would be the main reason why Dan is likely not going to do much about them.

If other sites had something like this and you said something, that site likely would say "Too bad so sad, sucks to be you" since they wouldn't be accommodating for the countries that can't play on certain providers where that happens to be the one that they give out freespins on.

The wagering really doesnt bother me because I would be depositing that amount anyways. But YES! you hit the nail on the head when it comes to bad luck in the Canadian battles. You have seen it and its bad luck all around at VS. I wasn't exaggerating when I said I was only able to reach 250 dollars once since last October. I put a deposit limit on my account and I'm glad they have that tool because seriously, I can only get maybe 50 dollars over my initial deposit. So when I see the numbers climbing in an already crappy situation, then yes Im going to complain. The max amount of people in that battle is 500 people. And yes I have taken breaks. My deposit limit is 800 and my cashback is 31 dollars this month, 50 last month and 41-44 the other months.
 
Do as I did Bebo if it is becoming unsustainable and leave VS aside. I have not deposited there in a while as my overall RTP was consistently dropping time after time and I would go weeks and weeks without winning anything in the battles so it seemed pretty pointless to me to try and meet wagering.

In fact I seldom deposit anywhere now, slots are on the back burner, which I have VS to thank for that - it's not a complaint but made me realise slots were becoming a complete waste of time, no play time, no wins, no features and no enjoyment and I am happier for leaving it behind :)

Yes. Its becoming a moot point now isn't it. Im still miffed that they banned me for life! I was out in the big battle and people were talking about how they have had 3 warnings etc. I've NEVER had a warning! First ban was a couple of years ago and well deserved, second ban was last year and someone said the battles were fixed, I replied " yes with roll my eyes".banned! Third time was a couple of weeks ago. Someone said " gemix sucked" My reply was " no its just shit for battles".....banned. And then yesterday banned for life. Never a freaking warning! I like Dan. I really do. He bends over backwards for that casino and everyone else. But for the blatant " control" mind boggling control that they have over players is NOT acceptable, and apparently over their staff too.

There is so many things going on. No one has any idea. Serious stuff with my daughter, my health..my daughter. I cant cry anymore. I have to stay strong.
 
In any chatroom on a casino, they need to have moderation and control because nobody wants a room where everyone is swearing, talking about other casino sites, saying negative things like "I won't join battles until this is solved", ETC... Sure you can comment on how bad your session is going and bad bonuses, but if you say that almost everyday in all battles ( To me every time I join a Canadian Battle, in my mind I am like "Is Bebo going to say something negative today? ), there will be issues. I also think there are some people in the battles that should be chat banned, but if you didn't report those people to the support people at the time, then it is likely those comments will be missed and thus not warned or chat banned.

As Greylady has said above... It would make sense that you need somewhere to vent and you chose videoslots Battle of Slots chatroom. Not a good combination. :/

As for being banned from talking in chat for life... Those bans can be reversed. You will have to talk to Dan about it once you are in control of yourself and with what you said above... No wonder. :/

This past year has been hell. My cancer January 2017, my dad died of cancer May 12th. 2017. My daughter who I love more then the world decided 2 months after my cancer surgery to try crystal meth for the first time at the age of 30. Some guy at her weakest time showed her how beautiful she could feel if she just tried it. She became addicted to him and the drug. With in a year, she lost over 100 lbs, my grandson, her businesses, her house and now her mind. She has zero idea of reality....zero! I have tried everything I possibly can do, living an hour away from her, no car and because she is 30 no say. The only thing I could hope for was that she hit rock bottom and get arrested. She finally did. I wrote the crown pleading and begging them to keep her so she could withdrawl and get some help. She didnt show up for court Friday and now there is a warrant out for her. Im glad as twisted as that may sound. Im angry, Im sad. Most of all I miss my daughter so much. I cant cry right now because I just had eye surgery Friday and it hurts. Lol. But its almost done. She will get some help. There its out loud. I will be fine. I always am.

Can't really understand why you are complaining. As you say you have already had 3-4 bans and don't seem to have learnt anything from them.

They don't want to have to keep dealing with you, swearing and directing abuse towards their staff members and to Videoslots themselves, so a life ban it is. This is completely your fault

To be honest I,m glad they are clamping down, That chat box can be so Toxic

You have to let it go. Since you've been banned before they maybe thought this was just enough. I do understand them and after what I can read here others are too.
We all know you're a nice person but we know you. Those who are checking the chat don't. It's also what you forward to other people in chat, and criticizing the staff is not very smart.
Let it go please. See it as a chance to do something else with that time.

:laugh: Na. No one is around. The city is dead. Lol. Should of seen me Friday after the surgery though. Had this huge patch on my eye. Couldnt see Jack shite, bumping into things side ways. Had it on until yesterday. You dont realize how much you depend on both eyes until one is covered up and you are walking.
 
But i think my Masterplan will work just a Question of time xD if not we can try confernce Support chat double penetration xD haha

Someone requested to sort some Games out from the Battles and exchange them with new Ones few weeks ago.And you replied that there will be something going on with this so i want to ask when or if you forgot about it?!


A little change would be great and keeps the Fun alive :)

New battle bug? Copy cats is loading the game into real play not "battle mode" and the battle lobby shows it as closed even though it is running.
