That's really odd, that they have such an unfair system. I remember I fought for you with the Christmas promotion and they actually changed that so it would be the same for everyone. Not this one though.
It's fine when it comes to paid battles since you get paid in euros if you win on them, but you always will just win your free spins from battles in CAD.

Dan, is it so that you don't realize how unfair it is, or is it your system that is set up to make you have it this way?

I have Question im playing VS since years (2013) and have been active the last years. But i never managed to get 1st Place in the Freeroll Battle and i m really trying Hard since years/beginning of the Freerolls. Everybody i talked to hast mostly win 1 or more times a Battle i was one time 3rd Place and 7th and 8th thats all i have been in Top Ten and i guess i have played more then 1000 Freerolls wanted to know the exactly number but Dan said its not possible -.- ... I tryed nearly everything Autoplay yes or no , spin / stop. the time when playing the Battle .... I see People joining VS few month ago and winning izi 1st Place, everbody I know was able to win at least one time 1st Place. And please don t tell me now my time will come one time as i am waiting since YEARS for that one.... I don t understand how it is possible when it should be random Winners... and i dont know what to do or what i do wrong that I never win one Freeroll.....I m feeling sad about it because i dont find a Solution or a Reason why me ?! Because i m a loyal Player there and not even since yesterday....I m not talking about a bad unlucky Month or something it s Alltime (just in case of Freerolls) that i m not able to win one....

And it could NOT be UNLUCKY all time....if i were talking about a timeframe month or 2 - 3 ok its unlucky but Alltime (since start) no 1st place for me = Unlucky ???

I suggest that Videoslots should employ a savings system so that when you are placed in a battle which your not happy with you can save the points from that and other low achieving games until you amass enough points to finish in a top 3 position.
I believe that by now I should be entitled to 10 1st places on Jack Hammer 2 so expect a PM soon Dan

erm excuse me robby i actually know ur name from another forum, i play at VS every day nearly lol just cause i dont normally chat in battle chat doesnt mean i dont play, i was going on my experience of the rift that i have had a few weeks ago am not saying it is a great game but is like most games if your luck is in you will hit. If you dont like the game you dont have to play the freeroll weekend but it is a FREE weekend and i for one am grateful for it i normally get at least 80 rewards for playing most of the weekend. My personal reaction is that they are giving a chance to win 100s of free spins for nothing except what we would usually wager on a site a month and why should we complain about the slot but thats just me am sorry if u dont agree

I enjoy these freeroll weekends since not only when you win the battles, you get many chances to get money from the freespins, but also you aren't spending any real money at all, just lots and lots of time. I cant do that! People should be able to have their say! They shouldnt be controlling your thoughts and words, that is not right or fair! It goes against everything I stand for. I feel like crying Im so mad.

Makes sense to me that you would close your account if you haven't been making cashouts recently, but I will again bring up what you almost did last time you were angry. Just uncheck in your profile all of the communications info so you won't recieve and emails / texts and after you do your cashout... Let the account just sit there opened. It will act just like you closed it except later ( months or whenever you have calmed down from this frustration currently with VS ) you can just login and start playing again.

While I don't always cashout, I do have a goal that is reasonable to get and once I hit it, I cash out and this for me has worked many many times. Basically, I make a deposit ( usually around $50 CAD ) and if I get it up to 2x my balance or more, I stop and cash out. This has worked very well for me. Since you use the bank method to cash out, I can see why cashing out after being up 2x wouldn't be enough for you, but this is why having an instant banking solution like Instadebit or an e-wallet like Ecopayz is helpful here. You will get your cashout funds quick and then once you get a big amount in the Ecopayz account, then you do a transfer to your bank to save on the fees since cashouts from Ecopayz to bank is expensive. On Instadebit, I believe the fee is $2 or so.

Also... This is a casino, not a government website so people in fact can't have their say in things in chatrooms on a site if they want to vent. They do want your feedback, but a chatroom on The Battle of Slots is not a place for it! There are better places like here on CM where you know Dan will see your message either in public like you did or in Private Messages.

No, they are doing correct that are stopping people from some of the talk, and you have your freedom in here to speak out, which you also have.
I do agree they were a bit sensitive there though, but even that could be fixed later on.

Netent will come back to Canada in the future and probably Dan don't want to change the battles for you since he haven't done it. Not much to do about it.
Be patient. As the saying goes. You might feel offended but that doesn't mean you're right.

I think their chat system is a little too stringent. Short of manually overseeing every chat battle, VS have implemented some type of software that goes a tad overboard.

On a recent battle I did type something along the lines of 'batches' or 'bunches' and lo and behold the word is censored! Making me look like I just swore like a trooper!

Not sure 'butt' constitutes a swearword, nor should that warrant a ban. Perhaps it was because of the criticism of Dan himself, or calling him out should I say.
