So pleased it all turned out okay in the end - you (or they!) were lucky no-one was seriously injured or worse! If it's any consolation at all, I also have a fear of candles - after my waist length hair hair (curled with a tonne of hairspray) caught light in a club while I was waiting on some stairs which were lit up with tea light candles. I only realised when a bouncer flew across the room shouting 'MOVE!' and dived on me bashing my head to put out the 'fireball' that was my hair. I can laugh now - just!

Thanks Gilliean nobody was hurt although it was a close one. Just smoke damage in one flat and fire damage in the one that had the fire. Lol I had one really bad hair memory nothing to do with fire but once in the 90's a clueless hairdresser gave me a perm and dyed my hair blonde on the same day. I looked like a very bad imitation of Madonna till it was fixed and ended up with burns on my scalp due to the products the hairdresser used. Not funny at the time at least not for me (my friends thought it looked hilarious) but in retrospect it was funny. And for you Thank God for speedy bouncers!

Okay something weird just happened. A battle was about to begin and I got an error message like site unavailable reloaded the page and all was good weird. Maybe lots more players tonight?

I had the same issue, simply because I had so many free spins on the last spin that the game was finished early. I had a win of $28.
But, and a big but it was. I could see after a while that even though I still was number four in the battle I got the reward and was listed as number one from my side.

I was listed 3rd for that battle despite being a clear first

That error cost me 50 euros last month and they don't make exceptions

My biggest so far

The win has to come from one spin or a bonus round Colin. Screenie needs to be the end result of that spin or bonus round and not total score of battle. This was pointed out to me a few weeks ago on the last round of SNG battles.

After registering for a battle it is opening up in real play mode. refreshing etc makes no difference

The only problem I had today was that it asked me to reload 2 times after I won fs. I use chrome for battles.

I'm using chrome too. I have just cleared cache and cookies and now I am stuck in the third game in a row on real money mode in the free roll battle.

Edit. And now its the same in the fourth game in a row.
Going to try firefox but I suspect its a videoslots issue

Throbber on VS lost £20 plus last night without realising due to the same issue! He said he'd 100% registered and was seeing the 25FS and scoreboard normally before he realised and chat said there was nothing they could do. Not sure if he's on CM??

I think Throbber is Nutnut on here.

Thankfully I only had £2 odd balance while playing so if it happened to me I wouldn't lose anything really.

I think it's best to leave a zero balance on VS before starting these freerolls and only play your spins when they are ended.

Edit: Actually Nutnut is Thumper not Throbber, I dunno whether Throbber is on here or not either

Can anyone from VS explain here what is going on with Play N Go games that some of us can't play at all? Lost battle tickets and FS!

Also, why can't chat support be consistent with their "stories" and give everyone the same answer? If they were consistent and providing a good customer service experience I would not need to come here to ask questions that they could answer. Honestly the only person I trust is you Dan so I hope dearly that you can give us the honest answer here.
