yes but the difference being now is instead of them being 90 minutes long and 30 mins registration time. they are now 2 hours long without any pre reg time. So you can not pre enter them anymore.

Nor me, but I don't understand how it works, the busiest time in any of them is the first 30 mins, increasing them by 30 minutes doesn't seem to have changed that, but if it works it works and that can only be good.

Hi all,

So there are a few reasons why we changed from 90 minutes to 120 minutes on our freeroll Battles. As many of you know is that we had 30 minutes were players could preregister to one of our freeroll Battles and the late registration time was 60 minutes and we had 30 minutes for those who late registered to have a chance to finish their spins. We decided to remove the pre-registration of 30 minutes and then instead of adding that on the total time of the Battle so we changed the late registration to 90 minutes and the total time to 120 minutes so the total time where a player can register to a freeroll is still the same and still have the 30 minutes for a player who registers in the last second to have a chance to finish their spins.

One of the main reasons why we had to remove the pre-registration time is due to performance and to make sure that our system can handle the amount of traffic during our Battle Weekends and Happy Hour Battles. It was a heavy load on our servers when we had these promotions active at the same time as a freeroll Battle with 700 people started at once.

Just a curious mention Dan but have the winners of the six cameras from last weeks SNG battles been announced yet? I cannot see them on the website and prior to the battles it did say they would be announced on the 12th and no announcement yet? I know my score for the Bloodsuckers 2 battle although big enough to net me a win here probably won't be one of the winners of that night but one can hope Any update on the announcement?

And it was a good move Dan, any improvements to help performance should be welcomed. Because performance is what makes things more user friendly and keeps people coming back.

When a site can not handle traffic well. Any webmaster has to work out and improve what is causing it and make changes to improve it.

I'm sent them weekly - even when I've wagered enough anyway; although I still received one on Saturday just gone (first 8000 to register) and I haven't deposited since the 12th... After £120 over several deposits without any joy the week before and also not qualifying for free rolls in weeks, I had a hissy fit and decided to take a break from VS.

To be honest I found it more annoying to receive a code I could actually make use of and I've always hated the resulting busy Saturday free rolls anyway - so I never even opened the email.

I'm wondering if the Tuesday FS's email might reappear though... we shall see.

so my point stands, stop sending them out to customers who aren't loyal, have never deposited, who brag about how much they have taken you for without giving you a penny, and allow your actual customers who actually make deposits and support you, a chance to play. Theres many a time I've went to play a battle and its been full, and thats usually been on a Sunday and Monday after you give the tokens out on a Saturday.

Thanks for ignoring all my questions about the verification procedures too, I am sure there might be a couple you can't answer but some were pretty generic.

That's what swayed my decision not to bother any more!! I'm trying to think of a better way to word it - but frankly it takes the piss. I used to love playing the free rolls (with no expectation of even winning), I just enjoyed having belly chuckles on chat with a load of CM members and actually got lots of others to join here etc. Really took my mind off things during a particularly shitty few months - but sadly I can't afford to pay hundreds for that privilege...

Oh that too - grrrr! And they seemed to have such amazing timing those 'rewards' - especially the ones that used to appear just as my deposit was dwindling or just before battle nights - so my only option was to forfeit them or deposit more until I finished/ managed to play through them...

I already understand the AMLs, my questions weren't to do with that, they were to do with how you interpret them.

All casinos seem to interpret UKGC rules differently, I was asking about you specifically as you get most of my deposits. I would be stupid if I didn't, or just ignored the changes, then left myself in a position that if I get a win you refuse to pay the winnings.
