We have to comply with AML regulations as well as consumer rights law. So if we do not have an obligation under AML regulations to take time to do due diligence or hold funds back, then we are obliged to treat you fairly and transparently - and that means that we have to pay you if there is nothing wrong. So if you can supply normal due diligence information and you are not up to anything criminal, you have nothing to worry about.

but that ratio is still bad Dan.

That still means the ratio will be 1 in 7 people win some free spins if the maximum amount of people joined them.

So that has not improved them at all. You said you was going to make them more rewarding so more win. And that is not the case.

You should have also increased the amount by a lot more. 4,000 free spins it should be, would mean 1 in 5 would win some free spins. which is a bit better but still not like it used to be.

Hi DreamRJ,

What I meant was that we would increase the number of players so everyone can join and it doesn't say its full and with that increase the number of spins with that. This is the same ratio as we have on the weekends with 4000 FS with 2000 players.

Ok, but it just sucks Dan.

Loyalty sucks for us at VS as it is, and for a lot of us these battles is basically the only other way we get a little something extra. And even then it is not even worth it. Cos all the spins are always at min bet and you are also doing most battles on the worst 10line slots so it has little value and little reward for the people that win from them.

Cashback stinks, The race is not too bad. But as others have said which you seem to have not even responded to any of the countless threads regarding people moaning about the lack of loyalty at VS. Dont seem to want to even bother doing anything and or improving it for us. You would need to have the crazy luckiest winning streak to even get anything decent in cashback and race anyway. And the achievements are also shoddy to say the least.

Yes you can reset them, but If I am lucky, I only earn 1 or 2 rewards from achievements a week. And even when I do they are always meaningless ones.

And then brings me to that same old moan and rant about the level ups. I mean again I reached level 29 and I GOT NOTHING. YES NOTHING. it is just pointless. WHY WHY WHY is it so bad?

Then it reminds me of the level 20, where you only got 100 free spins on gonzo quest at min bet 0.20, And yet to have been able to do that level 20. You would need to have wagered £200,000.

I mean think about it Dan. All we ask is for some better loyalty. You got no idea how much I deposit at videoslots. And to be fair, no idea why I still bother to be fair.

You said to me in a PM the other day to tell it how it is and to not hold back.

Well I thought ok, I will now. So here it is. Telling it how it is. Do something about it. Act on it. Reply to the other complaint threads made recently about videoslots too and Actually speak to your superiors etc etc.

We want loyalty, We want super spins/mega spins/ better achievement rewards for leveling up. Better cashback. Battles with more free spins available. We all pay all the staffs wages who work at online casinos. (this is in no way personal - it is merely a generalised statement - Which I have read a lot worse on here lol)

And to finish your the best rep in the industry. So why not put it to some use and actually go out the way and actually do something we ask for a change.

EDITED ADDED: And to also note about the Casino Race. What about the fact that there is some slots where you can do big bets and buy bonus features. White Rabbit, Wonder women, Some of the barcrest, SG slots where you can do big bets? I really think it is only fair that we get X amount of spins the same amount you would have got if you spun normally without buying the feature or doing the big bet buttons. So for example, White Rabbit. Say you bought a feature at £20, if you did normal spins at 0.20 that would mean 100 spins in the race. But we get nothing in the race when you buy them?!?!?! So ideally we should get 100 spins the same equivalent towards the race!!!!!!

Ok then I take it my above post has become one of those again that gets no response. Just like all the other posts in the other videoslots threads where members are moaning about the lack of loyalty. Oh well. Maybe I will just quit playing at videoslots altogether.

Sorry but it seems you seem to expect far to much. And to say you pay his wages so why not do what he is paid for is way out of line.

It's his opinion and as such he is entitled to express what he thinks -yes?

I just hate when people make an attack personal, you could have always voiced your opinion of VS if you didn't agree but not made it so personal, that is if my opinion has any worth.

Can I say this. I have been a changed person but I think I need to start actually speaking out and saying things how it is. Yes it might have been a bit out of line I wouldnt say way out of line. but a bit saying we pay their wages, But it is true. We all do pay everyones wages who work for all these casinos we deposit any play at.

And I was in no way saying it to insult Dan or anyone else. I was merely expressing some frustrations. Because I see countless threads on CM regarding VS and people moaning about lack of loyalty. And they always get ignored, but yet Dan is a very active Rep. So it is like he is purposely ignoring them.

And I thought a rep was also here to hear and respond to suggestions and feedback and even also people complaining or moaning? Or am I mistaken?

But anyway. Sorry if I caused any offense with how I worded what I said above. But I was just frustrated and was only doing what Dan said I could do via PM, and not hold back and say it how it is. Which is basically All I did.

I will amend that line I said in my post. Because I can clearly say it was not aimed at Dan personally what so ever. That was not my intentions. the line was a generalised sentence aimed at every employee who works for all online casinos.

Sorry nothing i said was a personal attack. I have nothing against DreamRJ and nothing i posted was personal. I was merely posting an example showing in my OPINION since you are so into opinions that his post seemed out of line and looks like he expects to much.

Well I have amended the sentence now anyway.

But All I was doing was saying what a lot of others have been asking for over the months and maybe years at VS. And nothing every changed. So I was also doing it in the hopes it finally gets a response and it now appears to be getting taken seriously and Dan has now said he will speak to the relevant departments and get back to us. I was also doing it to help all VS players out as well. So we all get more not just myself of course.

So lets see what the outcome is now and if anything gets improved. I am not holding my breath but lets wait and see.

Thats fair enough, but there is nothing in AML's that state you cannot tell a customer why you are requesting the information - the link MrWild posted is that you cannot tip someone off there is an investigation, not sure why he posted that, as it won't relate to 99.9% of requests you make. Making a SAR or having a request from law enforcement would prevent you from telling a customer, but covering your backs wouldn't.

Regardless, you say 'if you can supply normal due diligence information' - I have asked what that would be and you refuse to say. How can I, or anyone, agree to supplying something, that we have no idea if we have or can?

I have no problem supplying a signed disclosure for example, but I do have a problem supplying a bank statement which contains all my affiliate earnings from various casinos in a month to a company that I am an affiliate for. That would apply to any casino, not just you. I also wouldn't want to show a casino my deposits to other casinos either.

On the upside, I must complain more often as I'm currently top of the Gonzo's Quest battle with 10 mins to go, something I haven't been able to match for about a year :D

Just noticed there is another freeroll weekend this weekend. But it is on fruit warp slot.

I don't mind this slot. But it would be great if they was on a better slot with more lines like blood suckers 2 or maybe jack hammer 2 :)

Its great to see another free roll weekend and I am happy for them to be on 10p games as it must cost Videoslots a fortune even if they do budget for them.
I will miss most of the free roll weekend though due to my work :(

As a Canadian... This would suck if the freeroll weekend was a "Netent" only game. We as Canadians haven't been able to play Netent games for over a year now and as it is when Videoslots does the "Happy Hours" events since they are partnered with Netent, we are SHAFTED BIG TIME! Most of the "happy hour" events have been on Netent games so we lose out on earning freespins and a chance to win the event. I am glad that next week, the "Happy Hour" event is on a "Play & Go" slot since more often than not, it is usually a Netent game and we can't play them!

There are a few "Play & Go" slots where min bet is 50 cents which would be crazy good, but I don't think Videoslots wants to give away those, lol!

Didn't get the mail mate, missues did, gets all the good offers, I get the 5FS on Starburst here and there lol.
