You're wasting your breath, there were loads of good suggestions put forward months ago when they sent the first batch out, none were 'listened' to, and is the reason I won't deposit there any more.

Get rid of the 500 wager, People are getting confused, its not 500 and you get a weeks worth, Its spend 500 and deposit, I may depo and spend 475 today but next Monday may deposit 10 and spend the over 25 wager and qualify, Now I may ony get a few hours of tourneys, Unless I deposit another 10 and manage to wager the diffrence,

And thats the crux of the problem, of course they need to attract new customers, but if you piss off your regular customers then its pointless getting new ones, as the new ones are replacing ones who leave rather than adding to existing users.

A bit like the 1000 euro freeroll for one country only, wtf is that about, stuff every other customer who quite possibly spends more than the people who were invited, because they live in a different country, they get nothing.

I like videoslots in some areas, the payouts are among the fastest I've seen, they have possibly the largest selection of games I've never seen, the races and cashback are good (to an extent) and no wagering is good. However they seem to treat existing customers with disdain at times, customer service is awful at times, the welcome bonus is confusing for people, and certain things on the site should really be made clearer.

Its a shame as 6 months ago there were never complaints about them, but they've grown bigger and that shows unfortunately

Those were for a 50e deposit and the offer was actually quite bad. 40xWR on winnings and locked the deposit, not the worst but there are far better "get FS for a deposit".

Right now there is a technical limitation that is on our provider side that needs to be sorted out before we can increase number of players that can join a Battle. I do not have a timeframe when this is done, but I will keep you posted when we are getting closer to a technical solution.

I did also read something about the battles we have tried out for specific countries, and this is something new we tried out to see how our players would respond and also what feedback we would get. I do understand and we always have the requirement to get the documentation that the game is certified and aproved in UK or other regulated markets before we go live with the game in a certain market. No, I don't because when I do receive them I have qualified already like I do most weeks other than when I return from holiday or I take a break when typically they don't dish them out when needed.

At the end of the day, it is us depositing players that indirectly fund these free roll battles. Without us losing money, there wouldn't be free roll battles because there would not be a Videoslots.

Remember that Videoslots does not give out deposit match bonuses so the "site gives you enough already" goodies compensates for that.

I will still be loyal to Videoslots, but they don't quite have these free rolls right in my opinion.

Battles were great, now not so much. Because they got popular. A freeroll with 500 players and 75 winners means you have 1/6 chances to win 5 fs. You need 50 if you are to get anything out of them, that means you have to play 60 battles. 60 battles! Same with paid ones. Pay 5 with 100 players and 1/20 chances to win 20 something. Not worth it.

Having more players competing for the same number of spins is not going to help in my opinion. It is difficult enough to get to the top 75 as nikantw said in the post above this one, so it is going to be almost mission impossible if the number of players competing doubles. In addition to that you have the added problem that you can't follow chat properly because of the auto messages when somebody gets bonuses (more so for certain games that give these out frequently - fruit shop is one as an example) appear so fast you don't have to time to read what somebody wrote.

An, in my opinion, sensible solution was put on the table. Is this technically not possible to implement?

From my point of view I think I've used one, possibly 2, but that doesn't make up for when I had qualified then couldn't get into games the first few times the codes were sent out.

Don't agree about them giving enough, other sites give more in my opinion, but would concede that that depends on what you actually want.

Yep, the latest battle was wager turnover of 200, but still says I haven't fulfilled this, even though quickly adding up my spins I should easily have cleared this.
