Have done crap on the battles as of late but my cash play I have been on a role at VS :) Loads of cash outs and stacked some good cash back and places in the races.
Do notice that game play in my FF on certain battles goes really slow though the past 2 weeks and so had to switch to Chrome for the battles. Which aint my default
browser.

Cant be arsed downloading chrome just to play one battle.
Going to lose them soon anyway and not rushing to qualify again.
Cut right down on depositing
 
Well here is something that needs to be rectified as soon as possible.

I just played the 19:15 Elements Freeroll.

I had won a total of £7.46.

And if that luck was not bad enough, I triggered the bonus on my very last spin and the game crashed.

Now I don't know if you are aware of this VS, but when this happens it appears you can NOT playout your freespins and your battle ends with no credit from freespins added.

This is highly unacceptable. Okay it is a freeroll. But I actively play Buy-In tourneys and I am now terrified this could happen to me in those. I'm currently registered for the €5 Gonzo rebuy tourney.

I hope VideoSlots will do everything they can to make sure this never happens to anyone again, especially in paid tourneys.

I think it happened to me on the Hugo battle. Triggered a feature on the very last spin but it wouldn't play out and instead it said that the battle was finished.

Not sure if the win of the feature was credited or not. Wasn't too bothered as I wasn't anywhere near the top.

I'm not too bothered by the fact that it's a freeroll...I am bothered by the principle of the fact that it happens, as it does not credit anything at all, since the freespins didn't play out.

So it definitely needs to be sorted fast, as it could happen in paid tourneys and I would be pretty pissed if it happened on those. ;)

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will look into this with our tech team to see what we can do locate the issue and making sure it wont happen again. I will inform you when I know more why this occurred and when its fixed.

Rather pissed off with it to be honest, especially after depositing £100 and losing it in no time (absolute disgusting session on DOA!!) only to find out that you have those that didn't qualify by depositing / wagering competing for free in these battles.

And nothing appears to be done about it.

It's starting to leave a really sour taste in my mouth now that they have issued them to non depositors and are ignoring loyal customers.

Maybe it's time to stop Depositing there for the next year and just wait my turn for the freeroll battle tickets, might even manage a proper cashout then :thumbsup:

End of the day , casinos target the people who aren't already depositing to try to get them to deposit (like the whole point of SUB). If you're already depositing regularly they probably see no point . Cynical but partly true , even for a v.good casino like VS

But they can do both as has been suggested in this very topic. Have one battle for the free roll tickets and one for those that did qualify.

That way you're not gonna piss off your depositing players and keep the marketing department happy at the same time.

It works both ways though as I got so pissed off at the free battle tokens being given out that I stopped depositing. I think I've deposited once or twice, low amounts n the past 6 months or so solely due to this. I was playing every day just about. FWIW I don't get the free tokens either, I've had one or two I think in the past few months but not for at least a month now.
 
im pretty sure thos tickets are random, as i have had them twice
and both time i didnt need them as i already had met the wagering so wouldnt really be any point given them to me

Yea, I understand this completely.

But there are better alternatives to attracting players than pissing of regular depositors.

What about the freespins they give out on Tuesday's?

Surely that is an option to attract non depositors.

These tickets are only sent to regular depositors. When customers become inactive for a longer period they drop out from the mailing list for freeroll tickets. You can receive up to 1 ticket per month as an active player.

I want to point out that if you don't use the ticket you got, you would stay on the list until you do.

I wouldnt moan if I hadnt qualified and could play a freebie with a chance of winning free spins.
I did use a ticket last week as I was just under qualifying again.
It tided me over until I had done the wagering.
I hate playing the battles on a weekend now in the afternoon, games can get really laggy.
Wild North was terrible for me yesterday.
Sunday is usually Guns n roses at tea time.
Although I have noticed the 5.15pm ones are changing, was Red riding hood last night and super flip on Friday

You're missing the point a little.

First of all those that didn't qualify but did make a deposit but were not fortunate enough to meet the wagering? These are overlooked unless they are fortunate enough to get a free roll ticket.

Secondly, these free roll battle ticket holders make sure that the chance of getting to the top 75 (or top 10 in some battles) is going to be reduced for those that did make deposits (and chunky ones at that for some I guess).

Thirdly, the entry to these battles is only possible if (1) you have deposited enough and (2) you have met the wagering. If that is the case, don't make these battles available then to anybody else.

I know that we are only a small minority of players here at Casinomeister, but for me it feels like our opinions are not being listened to with regards this subject.

So my direct question to you, as an employee, is why don't you make the suggestion made of having two separate battles a reality?

And this rather harsh post comes from somebody that has always stood up for Videoslots and has been (and still is) loyal.

Edit: Quite some weeks ago I didn't qualify for the battles and I asked chat for a free roll ticket. I was rather disappointed that the answer was "no can do". What is all that about?

Only the G'nR battle is a good one today, hence that will be my next one after EE. In between i will be seeing the Sheriff for tea&biscuits. :rolleyes: :D

Yes, chat told me they can’t give anything. Their reward system is fully automated. You will get whatever you get automatically and nothing more.

However, I know that the top management read CM daily and take all your feedback very seriously, we listen a lot to CM members opinions so it would be wrong to say otherwise.

They dont have access to give out freeroll tickets. This is because you can maximum get up to 1 ticket per month as an active customer. The reason for you see more people in the weekend is also because we growing very fast. We have 40% more players this month compared to August. So of course Battles get more activity as well.

The biggest problems for us with Battles, is that our game providers has hard time handling all traffic at once in the same game. We want to increase the player amount in our Battles and increase the prize pools to accommodate all traffic that is our main focus right now.

I don't understand that.
You can add extra battles as you have done so in the past.
You can limit battles to certain customers by way of both wagering and the use of vouchers, as you do that now and have done so in the past.
How can't you add battles which are limited to customers using a voucher, you most certainly have done so before so confused how it isn't possible?

We cannot limit which freeroll battles customers with freeroll tickets can play at the moment.
 
Good morning all,

I have been reading all your feedback, and I would just like to give you all a little insider what have been happening regarding this topic the last month.

So we have been working on this issue since we started to receive the feedback that you have given. First, we had to do some technical changes to be able to handle the increased amount of traffic on Battle of Slots. This should now be fixed on our end and not be an issue anymore. We are right now just waiting on our partners we have on Battle of Slots to make technical changes so they can handle the increased amount of traffic to make sure that our players in Battles and outside Battles won't have issues with delay and lag.

We think it is important if we do an update that our customers and players still have the best possible experience and we just don't release something that won't work well.

We are starting to find a solution, and I hope that it will be live in the near future. I will give you all an update when I know more, and in the meanwhile, I want to assure you that we do listen to your feedback and we have been working on a solution for a while.

Okay then, how about stop issuing tickets to non deposirors and only issue to players who have deposited and were unfortunate to no meet the wagering requirements?

People who don't deposit could have the 10 freespins that are issued out every Tuesday. Problem solved, no required development needed.
