Official Videoslots presents Battle of Slots!

Like any business Harry .... you must piss off a few to gain a few. No different then our cable providers, etc. I still love them and will still be a loyal customer.

Yeah, you are right. I'll be loyal too, they treat me really well and those lightening fast payments are just great. :D

Just did the maths, on average i had 43$ winnings/week from the FS that i won in free battles. No too shabby and good enough for quite a few hours DOA low rolling, plenty of race points and cashback :D

Just to clear somethings out. Videoslots is currently only sending out vouchers to depositing players. If you become inactive during a longer period you would stop getting the freeroll vouchers. Before Videoslots sent out vouchers to all countries at the same time, this has now changed to every weekend, but to different countries every time with a smaller amount of vouchers. The current average will give each country a freeroll voucher code every 4th week.

These vouchers are sent out to introduce new players to the Battles, the more people that play Battles, the higher guaranteed prize pools and more frequent freerolls can be introduced.

Well that's the thing, I get the 3-day freeroll voucher outside of when I have deposited, but the voucher is useless to me as I hadn't deposited in the week prior! So it becomes null and void, yet I still believed that I could use it to participate in the freerolls.

Therein lies the confusion

fair enough - im still waiting for my maiden win.

cant believe your "reward" for reaching lvl 40 - bit of a slap in the face really.

how do you find there treatment of VIP's? i have just become one and must say im not impressed so far. Still waiting for my winnings from Tuesday after it wasnt added after playing 10 fs on the wild chase. After taking two days to solve the reason why, i was then told it will take another 48hrs to be credited---how hard can it be to credit winnings to a players account?

WTG ...hope it is soon and then one with at least 50, 75 or 100FS for first place.

LOL ...yeah that was quite little for so much wagering. I thought it would be at least some good FS on DOA or similar. :o

Their VIP program is pretty good. Kenny is very helpful anytime during weekdays. Don't expect though to have match offers in your inbox every day, VS will never have that but Kenny will credit chips or offer a reload match if your last sessions were poor.

Personally i feel treated very well and according to my deposit level (average about 5K/month). :D

Jonathan has been my host -- friendly over the phone. I havent had the privelage yet of getting comps for poor sessions, and Ive had many..only had one withdrawal of 1k, but dep. atleast 8k this year.

If you don't get comped then ask for them. I am brazen enough to do so and very rarely get declined, but then i only do it after lots of deposits. No point having 10 chips.

I think 7K/year is the threshold for the VIP program, not sure though.

Fair enough and perfectly OK. The marketing campaign is actually a great tool to get more players into the casino, so congrats to the VS marketing team. And in on way very thoughtful of VS to issue them to people who might not be able to keep depositing and wagering the qualification minima every week, hence giving them some entertainment for a few days.

Just wondering why my country never ever received vouchers? Thailand not on the world map in Malta? :D Or maybe because I qualify all the time bar a few days in June. ;)

I'd never have the balls to ask for comps nowadays, but in Harry and other cases if I deposited 5K+ per week I would not hesitate to ask. In fact, I'd expect the casino to throw rose petals in my path and read me goodnight stories

5K/week.... i wish..... that was pretty much the max. per month unless some bigger wins added to that sum. Starting this month due to my disconnection disaster i cut it to just 1K, so have to play more careful and withdraw smaller amounts more often instead of going for a big one.

You should ask mate. Personally, i always thought and still do now that if you don't ask you don't get and that for all things in life, not just comps. :D

Rose petals eh... good night stories hehe... I rather take some good comps :D

Yeah you're right, I did mean per month. Even so, my lowrolling brain could not compute such high figures. Anything past £500 p/m and I'm gone.

I don't think half of that is even my annual budget!;)

To be honest i am perfectly OK with the lower budget, i play smaller bets, which also means I play more relaxed and withdraw much smaller amounts more often. Works well so far, this month is half gone and i am slightly above the 1K starting budget, currently 1080 sitting in my Ecopayz account.

It used to get sometimes really stressful with high bets after losing a few K with no entertainment or good wins.

And funnily in the past 2 weeks i found that i can stop much easier when i see that it doesn't go well because i have lost only 100 or 200 instead of 1000 or 2000. Very often i would chase big losses by throwing even more money into the pit, but now i just stop a few hours or a day and try then again. Also my max depo is now 100'ish, feels much less of a loss than my normal depo amounts of 250 or 300.

At the end of the day that disconnection disaster might turn out to have been a good thing to happen. :D

I never even thought of asking as its Cashback that is your "comp" every week - then I checked my deposit history and realised that I'd deposited 4K in a few months with zero withdrawal - only had the one and that was a week or so ago for $975.

So over the last couple of months I have asked only to be told that all I'll get is the Cashback - only two three times did I get 10 fs plus 2x Cashback next 50 spins. Overall I have FL to give you decent comps when valid ie nightmare sessions - and without making you feel like you have to beg.

It's that fine line between comping loyal depositors, keeping VIPs content, giving Cashback and of course the freerolls, all the while whilst attracting new players.

I guess they have to tighten the purse-strings somewhere, although you'd think that casinos would be a little more proactive in giving comps out, especially to those that have poured a lot of revenue into their business.

Not enamoured with the associated feeling of shame when asking for a freebie, however justifiable it may be!

You are exactly correct regarding the balancing act - I would hate to work in that field.

I only began asking, and this is across all casinos, when you are getting session after session, I mean 20 plus pretty much in a row of never going more than your deposit amount, and if you did it was by a small margin say 10-20% - and all we ask is that the consultant can see that you deposit 5 days minimum a week, no withdrawals and that you're bad luck is a lot worse than the bad luck we know what we are signing up for.

I find VS to be quite poor overall when it comes to looking after their loyal clients - I say this in comparison to all online casinos and land based.

With all due respect but 4K in a few months is not that much as it converts to "just" a few hundred every week. Cashback, Race, Tuesday FS, Free Battles cover there the possible comps, which in my view is reasonably rewarded. However, worth a few extras if the RTP has been low throughout.

Typically a casino can support a 25-30% deposit/comp ratio, and this is for those where the comps come with WR. Since VS has all goodies WR free, they can only sustain about 5-10%, hence making it more difficult to credit extra comps. But when they do, they come with a 25x WR which is pretty low compared to others.

Kenny has been very fair in that respect, can only speak for me though. Never had a comp declined after a horrible session or a longer period of continued losses.

FL has a pretty good VIP program, Jorn was my host for years. Played there heavily between 2001-2010. I was such a "big loser" that they invited me to go to their yearly cruises, didn't have to win the tickets in the usual raffles. But then i would deposit 2-3K/week, never made a withdrawal for over 5 years, you do the math...embarrassing, i know :o

My first withdrawal was in 2007, the same year i discovered that you can be comped, never knew or asked until then as FL would have match promos like depo 3K, get 1.5K in comps which you could claim over multiple deposits. So i thought that would be as much as i can have. Until i went to the first cruise in 2007 and met personally the whole team from Jo'burg. From then on i would be onto my host every time after a losing session, short SMS to his mobile and he would credit my account within a few minutes :D ..... 500-1000 comps were the norm back then, nowadays that won't happen. :o

Stopped playing there when they removed flushing, introduced pending periods and stopped payments within a few hours for VIPs . They still do it for what they call "SuperVIPs".

Not to forget mate, that i play in AUD, which is weak compared to GBP or EUR. 5K/month was 2.5GBP and now 1K/month is 500GBP :D

To be honest, in the past 2 weeks i somewhat discovered the fun in slotting again. Much more entertaining and a real challenge to try and get a smallish deposit to something withdrawable instead of pumping in deposit after deposit and then hoping for some luck to recover a good part of the losses.

Going back to the free "free roll" battle tickets dished out on a regular basis by VS.

In order not to upset the regular depositors that earned entry to these battles, my earlier suggestion of having a separate battle for the free tickets and a separate battle for those that "earned" it would be the best way to appease both parties.

It will have satisfied the marketing department by enabling those that have not qualified to enter these battles whilst at the same time enabling those that qualified to have a fair crack of the whip winning some free spins.

Not sure what the cost element of this is and whether that will be the show stopper?

Edit: It could actually be a good marketing ploy by giving out fewer free spins for the free tickets by explaining that the ordinary free roll battles have more prizes, so get depositing guys!!!

Hey guys!

All feedback from you guys are really apriciated and noted. I really like the suggestion, with having separated Battles and will take that further up with my team. If you have any questions or something I can help you with please PM me and I am happy to help you. :)

Dan

You could give Interlog a few three day passes to raffle on his stream as he only streams Video Slots on twitch.

He is an affiliate threw twitch which I'm sure you know.

What's a few here and there for streamers on twitch who dedicate all there play to you when they are given out in thousands at a time?

He also plays your tournaments on stream and it would be fun for his viewers to stream twitch and play VS tournaments at the same time.

I do make an effort to play the free roll battles (each stream starts with one) because primarily I do like playing them and it also shows the viewers that are not yet signed up at Videoslots what they are about and how they work. There recently has been a competition going on with viewers playing at the same time and seeing who achieved the best score.

In all fairness to Dan, he did when I first started off visit the stream and dished out some free spins

Well as you are asking. A new laptop would compliment Videoslots awesome interface immensely :D

I've deposited at least £40 at Videoslots. I demand a badge at least or fridge magnet for my troubles

Although I have deposited a fair amount at the beginning of last week I have not deposited for maybe 5 days so I am not sure how my three day pass has stretched to include today? I am expecting the plug to be pulled as soon as Dan finds out. Just keep it SHtum :D

No, let me re-word that. I meant £40 in total since I joined

That's gotta be worth at least a medal or two!:(

Another 1,000 free roll tickets dished out. Received an email this morning.

Have done my bit and activated it despite not needing it, so that is 1 less person entering the battles.

I anticipated that the free tickets would be issued soon so this past week I deliberately avoided depositing. It has stuck in the craw in the past seeing folk being issued with free passes while I have funded mine then finding myself too late to enter loads of battles.

I am not special, But I think I deserved a few free days, I made the battles the other night and in the morning I not qualify, Had like 5 battles, I think some who has odd deposits and make it but not for long than they should be the ones who get, Free loading is bad, I know its hard to put things in place who to dish out too, Here is an idea, If you used a token and not deposit sinse than there the people that should not be eligible,

I know the idea is to get the crowed in and why not, But if somebody has used a free token and not deposit when the next lot are dished out than they shouldn't bee allowed to redeem, as they had a shot and not bothered since

I am not experiencing problems entering the battles. However, there are more participants because of the free tickets, it in turn resulting in the chance of winning a prize reducing. And that is not fair to those that have properly qualified for the battles.

I know I sound like a broken record, but Videoslots: please do something about this and think about your regular depositors regarding these free roll battles.

Someone suggested there be separate battles exclusively for none depositors. Even better if those who did qualify where able to enter the none contributing battles if they alterately one hour apart.

Was there a code or something for this? I received an e-mail, but it disappeared from from inbox within seconds of being delivered. All I saw was 'battle' in the title, nothing else. No idea where it went as not in spam or deleted files.

Looks like some more free battle tickets were dished out considering that almost 500 players are playing the free roll battles.

Very frustrating because, yet again, there is minimal chance getting some free spins by ending up in the top 75 of these battles.

Perhaps mine (and others) voices are not being heard?

I hear you but i am not frustrated anymore to be honest. I'm OK with the free tickets, gives some more competition. Sure makes it harder to win a few though. Try the early morning battles at 3.15, 5.15 and 7.15am GMT... 2/3 i score some FS, though mostly 5 only or 3rd in the 100FS battle  .... but a 80% RTP is usually enough to be in the top 75 whereas the afternoon and evening battles need minimum 200% RTP to be sure to get 5FS.

Won 75FS on Book of Dead earlier for 2nd spot in the 1000FS battle (800% RTP and still not first ) and they paid a very measly 3.30$ :o ...so the monetary value is not worth getting upset really. I only see it as playtime especially when i have a non-depositing weekend like now.

I hear you Harry.

Perhaps I am not in a good mood. Just blew £270 (fine with that) with RTP's of 55.52% and 46.55% (not so fine with that) so you can imagine the minimal play time that I had with that deposit only to find out when I enter the free roll battle (seen your name at the top, so well done) that all and sundry can play it :(

I earn't my place this week and have done all right so far in the battles best result being 50 fs in Jack Hammer 2 which paid £11.15

I have netted £26 from the battles so far, just had 5 free spins from the Book Off The Dead fs and managed £5.50 because I hit feature.

The best battle is the 4:15 am battle for 750 spins, the other morning on Eggomatic I didn't earn any free spins and had 3 x 10 free spins go past in just a few spins and at one point had all the reels filled with coin bonuses didn't land one off them.

I have to the 09/08 midday or midnight not sure how they do it, to maybe win some more.

Sucks mate to get nothing, not even playtime with such an amount. Had similar stuff happening in the past 3 weeks, not a single withdrawal, hence the "no deposit" weekend :D Will give it another bash tomorrow.

Hope your luck improves soon

Yep, that is the best one.... i have yet to fail to get some FS from it, mostly 5FS, sometimes 10, 15 or 20. Had 5 on Eggomatic and in those a 10FS and a WILD egg went past without hitting...geez, so disappointing  :barf:

My deposit yesterday went so quickly that I abandoned the thoughts of redepositing in order to gain access the the freerolls.

Maybe the Rhino or DOA paid out big to some lucky fecker?

Yeah it has been a poor show of late. Can't play Rhino, so don't know but DOA has been super dead in the past 3 weeks, once the 5 extra spins with a meager 154x bet payout. The rest just painful to watch. :o
