Yeah, it seems I deposited and wagered on the wrong day, Wish Master really is probably the worst choice for this kind of promo. Unless you could combine rewards into bigger ones - maybe via live chat an agent could remove them and put a single bigger one?

Out of curiosity does Wishmaster save position in normal play like eggomatuc does? It would be frustrating when playing paid funds to lose a continuing feature if temporary lacked funds or net connection died?

Agreed I did wonder whether to initially raise or whether it would be considered "picky" when play is free so in glad to see they obviously agree not a wise game to use and have updated with new game very quickly!

We still want to run with the free Battles until we feel that everything is running 100% smooth. There are still some minor things we are working on.


Also, we removed Wishmaster and replaced it with Magic Portals as you have already noted.

I suspect most people in the UK won't get back in time to participate in this.

They can't put a time that will fit with everyone... for exemple I'm in Canada and those 500 freespins tourney start at 13h:00 so i'm at work and can'T do it on weeks day... but on week-end i can do it.

I would prefer have more then 1 500 freespins tourney a day to give us chance to play them on different time zone...

Agreed and I understand your position. I would assume though that the current tournament is at the time it is as most of the user base are in Europe. 1800GMT works well for the UK market and at +1/+2 is good for Europe.

1700GMT means that the tournament is over by the time most people in the UK get back from work.

Fair point. Assume it could cost Videoslots a fair bit to operate multiple tournaments but definitely worth them considering.

All battles will be shifted to one hour forward. So the Main Event will be played at 18:00 instead of 17:00. This will take effect in the coming week.

Had some great luck on these recently. 100 spins on JATB won £211 and the tournament and I ended up with a £30 withdrawal and some playing funds.

The way the sit and go's work is that you do literally need to sit there until the room has filled. Sorry you had a bad experience as they are generally brilliant. There is rarely a long wait but it can happen.

Agreed. I was even happy enough to be bumped from a winning position. Normally gambling is all about what you can win but its definitely building a community spirit.

They are constantly changing things. In all fairness with the sit and go's particularly they have to experiment to see what works and what doesn't. I guess in a testing environment they cannot really gleam things like wait time and only check software performance. They definitely monitor as you see swift changes when something doesn't work well

Well freerolls are free There is always the option to buy in to a Battle with your own balance, then you dont need to qualify via the SNG Freeroll satellites

Those sit&go's with cash prize were good.

I believe real money SNG will be back soon.
