I still don't understand why you're only paying out the top 121 places out of a 2,500 filled event.

That's not even 5% of entrants.

Why not make it an actual celebration and just give top 500 5 spins each. Now the vast majority of people are entering and getting nothing at all. Yay for 10 years...
 
Big Bass Splash paying 440 odd places. Thought I might finally stand a chance of getting something from this event but no, big old 3.3% rtp to rub it in. Sick joke really. 100 spins for £10 and it paid back 33p, like what? Game is literally bugged that is insane.

So many better ways to celebrate 10 years of BoS without it costing them the earth.....

Yeah I don't even know if it's worth bothering with them. Tonight sure since battles are on anyway but the rest of the week? The chances of winning are so low and we all know those 10 spins will end up paying 0.00 more often than not anyway. Just not worth the frustration really.

As to battle weekend, surely it's this weekend. Weekend after is 1st/2nd November already. I wish I could say I'm still holding out hope for a better weekend given the 'celebration' but seeing that tonight is no different from normal it doesn't seem like it.

It’s the shitshow that most predicted.
My partner has played all battles so far and not into the top 1,000 once.
I would love to know who was the brains in VS that thought this would be a good way to celebrate 10 years of BoS.
But VS has become so bad over the last two years I’m surprised anyone bothers with it anymore and I’m sure my partner only plays there to annoy me.
 
I wish I hadn't even bothered to go on VS tonight at all. Battles were awful too. Feels like my account has literally been nerfed. 14 spins from 15 starlight princess entries (and btw I had 919 points finished 4th when most rounds that would have been good for 1st). 10 entries on temple tumble and only 6 spins. 3 spins from 4 Reactoonz and 8 spins from 6 of that crappy train game. You can be sure these 31 spins will pay 20p too.

Also still waiting for a good score on the 'celebration' battles. Of the ones that have filled up so far 1190 in Sweet Rush, 2241 in Gates, 779 in Mariachis, 921 in Raging Ways, 1386 in Wild Bass, 2315 in big shitty ass bass (currently 3rd lowest of people who have 0 spins left!). It's not even close, not even close to being close.

Whoever is in charge of events at video slots needs a wake up call because if they thought this event was going to go down well they're clearly not up to the task. Regular battles you win on average 1 in 3 times! How could you think making these events 1 in 20 was the way to please people? 95% of people come out losers. That is not a celebration!

Anyway your post is contradicting itself. You're absolutely right it should be giving EVERYONE a chance. The payouts for the battles are way too top heavy so very few people are getting a chance.

At this point I'm sure you just work for the site, you're constantly defending them it's pathetic.

Yeah but 2500 entry limit, depending which one it is it's likely full/almost full so the full 10 hours won't matter you'll get something for sure.

With that logic they might as well just pay all of the 2500 players who enter 1 Free Spin regardless of where they place. It's not my fault your expectations are wildly skewed. I've never known anyone get so bent out of shape over a few pence from free tournaments, and go into such granular detail about how far off the theoretical RTP% they were from playing off a handful of spins. It's boring to read quite frankly.

Haha, I get it! It really does sound like the typical forum drama. Some folks really take those free spins way too seriously. I mean, it’s just a few cents, not exactly a life-altering jackpot. Honestly, it’s probably better to just let it go and enjoy the games — there’s no reason to argue over something so trivial.

Complaining about cuts is completely justified, no matter if it's 5% or 50%. In the long run, everything matters and we're not talking about "cents" anymore. I find it strange that players laugh at those who defend the entire player base. Casinos are not our friends

Imagine for a moment those who have been loyal for these 10 years since the BoS started, making regular deposits, wagering daily to earn XP, using their whole slotting budget/allowance at VS etc etc. Only to be "rewarded" with, erm, oh yeah, nothing!

Granted there will be those who always do the bare minimum to qualify for these events but the loyal players who have stuck it out for all these years far. far outweigh these 'minimum effort' players.

It's been gone about all wrong and with a bit more thought and effort could have been a much more worthwhile event and actually rewarded those who deserve it.

Same, Day 3 of "celebrations" over and still not even 5FS

Roughly 50% RTP across each and every battle. Feel sorry for anyone playing these game choices for real money these are normal returns.

Yup also struck out so far. Thought I was actually going to get something from Big Bass Bonanza earlier. Got to the bonus 80x win first 10 spins and to the x2 fishermen stage then 9 dead spins 1 fisherman but no fish or feature urgh. Looking at the scores all I needed was another 300 points or so but yeah nope. Surely our time will come once this week!

Me too, the fact so many of us regulars haven’t hit any free spins on these celebration games shows just how bad this promo is. They really should have just done a couple of bigger battles with like 1000 places paid. Or some with a 25 spin min reward. Something other than this boring situation.
 
Yup just finished big bass so that's today done with. Still 0 free spins won from 40 events + the 4 regular daily ones. Amazing celebration this.

I should have just done what I said after the first day and not bothered wasting time with this. Now I feel commited to get at least something out of it.

Edit: Every battle the spins rewarded pay next to nothing at all. 29p from 40 Aztec Ascension spins? You're taking the piss. A total of 16% RTP from tonight including Gates. I get there's variance and I know that 94.5% rtp is a lie for any actual humans but seriously come on. How would anyone survive playing any of these games with real money? It's unbelievably grim.

Any idea what could cause this? I have already tried all the usual stuff to fix it, clearing cookies, incognito etc.

Edit: A second question, why has the minbet on blueprint slots been raised from 10p to 13p?
Used to be 1sek now its 1.30sek, a pretty weird increase.
