Shinobi spins not working! Yawn!!!!
 
Live chat is so bad now, Was asked at least 7 different things to confirm before even getting connected through to a human chat agent and not the stupid A.I bot!!

awful live chat.

Now just sat waiting hoping someone can be bothered to respond to me, It used to be literally instantly through to a human being and not a I.D strip down by an A.I bot before the humans are even notified!
 
Big Bass ass is such a bad game on 94% RTP. Last round of the night ended with 9 points. Sums up the evening really. 32 entries, 0 bonuses. Like WTF, 800 spins without a bonus on a Big Ass game? Awful.

Even Shinobi managed 2 bonuses though I'd hardly count them since they paid 7x and 15 or so lol
 
the last time i recall having that unrecoverable error please reload the game , the game broke for , well, could have been weeks, i recall looking back a week or more later and it still wouldnt load (this was the lucky mcgee game) and ended up losing the rewards.

i aint going onto chat tonight, but ill try tommorow if shinobi doesnt miraculously start working, and see if they can be replaced.
 
The whole site is a disgrace lost all my free spins tonight on shinobi and won’t one pence with big bass game I am so disappointed with video slots been playing there almost 3 years the last 3 months have been a disgrace take take take bonanza hardly ever gives a bonus round the big bass games are a joke it was never like this before customers service are no help and there battle days are a disgrace empty free spins gone are the days it was one of the fairest sites just a total waste now

Been rubbish free spins for so long now can’t think why casino meister rates them they don’t play there if they did they would see how bad its got

For some reason we get our spins on the normal version while most seems to get the spins on the jackpot version, maybe thats the reason it worked for us and not for them.
 
My god I don't know why I even bother. 46 big bass spins pays 42p. I wish you could track RTP on free spins I swear my running RTP on this game is at like 20% from several hundred spins at this point. Utter joke

And how did you get your shinobi spins replaced? I tried to launch it and got the same error and it's gobbled 3 of my spins

Edit: I think I got the AI chatbot to put me through to a human but it didn't say how long the wait is or what position I am. I don't even know if someone is monitoring live chat at this time of night.

Is there any indication of how long the wait is or is there even any point in trying to talk to live chat? I was waiting for 30 minutes but no one came and I had no clue how long the wait was going to be or what position I was in so I gave up and closed it. Will we need to contact support or will the spins get fixed naturally?

Unrelated note I somehow spiked the 250 free spins from the 10,000 daily again. Sadly this time unlike before was utter trash.

Got a bonus within about 40 spins with a 17x multiplier and it only paid 102x. After this the remaining 200 spins put the collected multi from 1x to 3x and didn't bonus again. Just about scraped over 50% rtp on that. Watching slow dead spin after dead spin is so frustrating, I really hate the UK not having turbo anymore.

I simply left my free spins until an hour ago and they played out just fine. Won nowt but hey ho.
 
Yup able to use my spins as well now. As expected completely terrible, last nights 77 free spins running at 27% rtp.

Why can't we have the non smash pots version for rewards? I don't want a tiny chance at a jackpot I just want that extra RTP into the base game lol.

Because they do everything they can to ensure that players don't win more than pennies. The game choices alone have been eating away at players' money for years. Of course the total return doesn't change much, but fewer and fewer players end up with something sensible, while others have to settle for an empty lottery ticket week after week.

Years ago high volatility was the thing, now high volatility plus empty base game slots are the mainstream. Just look at these big basses. Previously, the basic version was used in battles, where the return of the basic game was clearly higher than in these special versions. Nowadays, only these higher volatility special versions are used in battles. Is it a coincidence? Of course not. That's why they love RAW. In almost every game, the base game return is completely non-existent.

I started in 2003 and never won a progressive of any description, says it all really.

Shame is the odd RAW game can be actually quite good IF it is the original none JP version.

Hmm, is that right?
Prize structure looks the same as the 1500 freespin battles but i thought these were supposed to be 2500 spins each battle.
 
Seriously? 121 places paid and you're leaving them open for 12 hours?

These are going to have like 3000+ entries in each. Most people are going to be lucky to get 10 spins from the entire week. What a lame setup.

You could at least have flattened spin payout so more people actually get something.

Celebration my ass. Should have just put those 185k spins into an extra day of battles. Could have run an extra 8800 10p battles or 4400 20p ones.

Yeah I was running the numbers after my post. We'll see how many entries they do get tomorrow to get a better idea but the normal daily evening free spins freeroll gets nearly 2,000 entries in 4 hours so I don't think 3,000 entries is overestimating, if anything it could be underestimating a fair bit since everyone got an email about it and it will be open for 12 full hours.

If 3,000 people do enter and there's 1,500 spins up for grabs then everyone's EV is half a spin or 5p.

I don't want to start advertising other sites on here but needless to say there are several other places that offer literal free daily events (not tied behind waging requirements) that offer better than this, yet this is supposed to be a 10 year anniversary event for people who are wagering hundreds and hundreds to be allowed to enter. It makes no sense.

If you offer the same prize structure every day until Sunday 9x1500 + 1x5000, total number of spins is 129 500. I really don't know how you are going to reach 185,000 spins with this program.

if the battles were the 2500 spins we would already be close to the total number you stated.
Since your marketing has been constantly talking about 2500 spin battles, I suspect the cutters have hit this party at the last minute but you forgot to update the total count
