My partner's XP ran out today and I have told her under no circumstances deposit again to wager them up again, if VS dont allow players who qualified for last weekends battles play in this weekends battles it just shows how low they have fallen.

if the same games are played this weekend, could something be done about this thunderkick problem? It's not just PE2, seems like all thunderkicks give the same error. When you refresh the game enough, at some point it will load normally. And it's not just a battle problem, that message also appears when playing with real money.

Thunderkick will not be used again until they sort out their system to be able to handle the traffic.

To be fair, though I get your point, it's a bit nit picking, you can't solve all of the problems all of the time.

What we should not do is let them get away with it or they will do it again next time. If you have wagered 1000xp in the previous month then you should be able to participate in the battle weekend that was for the month of last.

Don't let them feel like there doing us a favour by sending out codes for an error on there behalf not the player.

Were doing them a favour by still playing at there casino.

But this is an easy fix for them , if a player was registered for any battle on Saturday or Sunday they should automatically be sent the 2 day battle ticket, anything short of that is VS yet again sticking 2 fingers up to their customers.

It really should n't take Columbo to work out who had registered for battles last Saturday/Sunday, I would have thought there would need to be some kind of audit trail for each battle?
Once its established that they have registered for a battle then this by default means they had enough xp points.
Would be the very minimum that VS could do for players who had been waiting to play after depositing all month.

This is the thing though.

IIRC, there isn't geo locations and the associated restrictions reduced the game list hugely. Sure Mr. Wild made an explanatory post about this a year or two back.

Wish the could choose from any game as it would reduce the chore that it has become and make it entertaining once more. I also think it is am amazing opportunity to "sell" new releases to potential longer term players.

These are quick jackpots so drops often, in that regards if you care for rtp its better. In a normal game you don’t know where that rtp is. Can be on 15000x winnings. It’s different in a jackpot game with millions, then you know it’s impossible. These hit on average low so several jackpots paid out per day which maintain the rtp in the game to a normal game.

I'd much prefer rewards to be in none JP games.

Low rollers with small budgets IMO would be much more appreciative of some extra game time via smaller wins, rather than the "chance" of a pot, which apart from today, just ain't gonna happen.

It is like the icing on the cake from where I am sitting, they already just massively volatile games with low hit rate, to add this on top using 'progressives' is just way OTT.
