Official Videoslots presents Battle of Slots!

I honestly think its pie in the sky thinking that Videoslots will do something to make amends for the debacle of yesterday.
Its been clear for almost a year that they arent interested in player retention or rewarding players as they have slashed the monthly battles, withdrawn almost all of the daily freeroll battles and when the inevitable happens and battles go tits up they just ignore it and come on here with the normal statement " we are aware of the issue and we are trying to resolve it".
I havent a clue why anyone would play at VS anymore, they cut the tripe out of RTP's and there are so many other better operators out there.
yep its not even my main casino anymore .. and i play much there 9 years switch casino because no bonuses .. and these freerolls u have to deposit and wagering 1000e .. and what u get back probably 40-50e max .. sry not best english but maybe that understand :D

Hi Everyone,

As someone already noted, events will start 1 hour later as usual due to changing to Summer Time (Daylight Saving Time).

Our events are based on GMT (practically UTC) time, so this will affect the starting, and the ending time of the events. This is due to consistent of GMT time not being changed.

This is completely normal behaviour. What this means, is that your local time will be 1 hour off from the normal, called Standard Time (also known as Winter Time). UK will follow BST (British Summer Time, GMT+1), Sweden/Malta will be CEST (Central European Summer Time, GMT+2), Finland will follow EEST (Eastern European Summer Time, GMT+3), and so on.

This is unfortunate effect of having Daylight Saving Time, as clocks needs to be changed twice a year. This will be the new normal for the next 7 months or so. The time will change back to "normal" again on 26th of October.

Kind regards,
Team Videoslots

I mean again

Here's something to occupy your minds with until the battles are sorted.....

Arrange the phrase below into a description of VS at the moment:

Piss-up couldnt a brewery in organise a......

You would think after the shit show that was yesterdays battle they would have any least made sure tonight runs as smoothly as possible, the login in debacle finally stopped 2 hours before the battles did last night how the hell is it doing the same again now?? 🤦‍♀️
Because nothing ever really gets fixed, it's just some sort of sick game for VS at this point.

This is true, it seems like VS's tactic is to put a band-aid on the problem instead of solving it like the capacity problem in years past. They never seemed to increase the capacity, instead they put players in a queue. The queues disappeared when they cut promotions to almost zero and a large number of players disappeared.

2 hours in and 1 reward earned due to this B.S.

But guys give them a break.

They cant afford to fix there site as they need the funding for there next yacht party, Come on guys!
It feels like I am negotiating myself through an abusive relationship with this trying to access a battle

There not doing anything. Just like last night there going to go radio silent again. And around 9pm tonight it will start to be more stable just like last night. There not fixing anything as usual, there just waiting for traffic to decrease on the site and hoping it will all work again for the rest of what's left of this pathetic event.

We experienced a hard drive failure yesterday morning on one of our VS servers. Although we've since recovered the server, we've been encountering issues with battles under high load. For now, sng battles are temporarily disabled while we work to identify and resolve the root cause.

As soon as the issue is resolved, we'll aim to resume battles tonight if possible. To make up for the downtime, we’ll also be adding additional battle nights to compensate for both yesterday and today.

That's quite embarrassing for such a big company to have its whole infrastructure broken due to an old dusty hard drive. sums it up really!

Also how is this fair to just add the battles on another night knowing some peoples xp will run out and they wont be able to take part in these added extra events anyway.

I presume that you witness a big leep in the numbers qualifying for battles when most paydays fall before weekend battles begin as apposed to the battles being a day or two before the end of the month?
