if you log in and do nothing it does not boot you out its only when you try to play something it does.

Sat here waiting for battles to end with no issues, a soon as i try to join one: logged out.

yeah ive noticed it tends to boot you out more when you try joining a battle or playing something. just logging in and opening lobby doesnt tend to do much. but joining a battle or starting a game often does, unless your lucky to get in and back out ok.

I'm not sure if this problem is related to battles.

I started getting this error message a couple of days ago from various TK-games, but since there aren't many complaints about it, I doubt it's a more like account related stuff.

I keep getting it now in pink elephants battle but reload, reload, reload... At some point the error will disappear and the game will load normally.

Switch Pink Elephants 2 to something that doesn't require 10+ reloads to play 25 spins and restart the battles. That might help.

I think the current issue is much more involved than a 'broken game' so swapping it won't solve the problem.

Maybe, but last time thunder kick had problems it did screw with VS site so a game swap for that one to like book of dead could fix site issues

Compensation could be given in many ways. Shortening the battle duration, better rewards for battles, a third game to be played, etc. Yesterday's problems were so massive that compensation is completely justified. But knowing VS history, there is no reason to expect anything other than the scheduled battles

To be fair, in the past when these situations occurred, they would offer some form of compensation.

IIRC, One of the last "proper" battle weekends before the cut backs started at 6pm on the Friday (Wild West Gold MW and Aztec Ascension maybe?) - Good stuff and appreciated.

Then I'd hazard a guess (as I've mentioned before) that the owners agree that "Yeah, they'll bitch and moan but still deposit with us anyway" so why bother, which sadly, I kind of "get"

That was a good compensation then when they started the 48h battle weekend on Friday night. However, they cut the battle weekend value right after that weekend changing time 8 -> 12, so it was a bit of an absurd situation

As much as they'd try to compensate in the past for issues , I'm not so sure now. Yesterday was quite a mess for what 5-6 hours or more. They don't have to change games or times.

I think easiest solution (if they felt kind enough) would be to double rewards or at least improve it just for tonight.. change them from 6,5,4,3 etc to 12,11,10, 8 etc.

Probably expecting too much overall though lol

I honestly think its pie in the sky thinking that Videoslots will do something to make amends for the debacle of yesterday.
Its been clear for almost a year that they arent interested in player retention or rewarding players as they have slashed the monthly battles, withdrawn almost all of the daily freeroll battles and when the inevitable happens and battles go tits up they just ignore it and come on here with the normal statement " we are aware of the issue and we are trying to resolve it".
I havent a clue why anyone would play at VS anymore, they cut the tripe out of RTP's and there are so many other better operators out there.
