We lost all the progress of coin stakes the first time it was taken down well over a year ago, i posted about it on here some where but they never replaced it so its all lost, all sites do it, its something UKGC should also make rules about but we all know how totally useless they are.

Its not just VS or the extra chill game, in the last year i have had dozens of game progresses reset over many casinos, its to such an epidemic proportion that i no longer touch any game with any kind of collectable, buildable mechanic ( chilli is my only exception) everyone should do the same and the they will stop making countless game clones of it.

Well the last few comments just show how systemic it is becoming to steal from players the stored value in games and i would expect that could be quite a significant amount value in some cases, and of course the UKGC are completely clueless as usual. It is effectively a relatively easy, risk free way for casinos to skim off the top. The UKGC need to wake up and ban all stored value slots. ( Although due to how BTG did it with extra chilli was ok IMO )

For those that think this is a harmless side effect that casinos wouldn't benefit much from and it really don't add up to much just watch bandits video where he collected all the hearts on every stake on LiL Devil before playing them all off one by one it was thousands of pounds in value for 1 player on one game, admittedly that was an extreme case but had the casino done a "reset" before he got to play, there is no way he would have been able to prove he was owed thousands!

"Back in the day" (yes I use this a lot lol) most (decent) casino would recognise these progress reset losses and offer some form of compensation.

One which stands out the most was Trada (prior to their sad migration) where I lost the choice on my most played game, namely Immortal Romance.

They offered me £100 bonus money (with quite a high WR IIRC, the main idea to be able to hopefully rebuild most of my progress) or £30 withdrawable cash (which I happily accepted)

Cost IMO would have been negligible to the casino BUT they kept me as a regular depositor. Guts, 32 Red and some Caddell sites also did similar, although a smaller compensatory bonus.

It defo should not be allowed or some sort of safeguard should be in place where the casino can see where you were individually as players prior to the reset.

Bandits build would have been the worse case scenario and although happy for him it didn't happen but would have been interesting to see what he did about it had it happened.

To be fair I can not remember. My first choice was through a provider search and chose the first game with that title that came up. But I believe that the list is dynamic and changes with the popularity of the slots.
VS needs to remove the other option because they are the same slot. Good luck
