I'm starting to think even if you have reached the xp required based of pure luck from your deposit to play these EPIC FAIL Thursday events, There really not worth the 4 hours of headaches for 6 rewards at the end that pay £1.12
Just scrap it entirely at this point and just leave the monthly event in.

Hi @BubbleslothAfter have been in contact with the support two times already I'll decided to take my problems here to the forum in hope for some respons.
The problem: I won a tournament on 2nd october, it hasnt been corrected yet and no prize money have been paid out, at least not to me. on 3rd october when it dissapeard from my history it was still ongoing or not corrected, thats when I talked to support first time, nothing happened and contacted support again a few days ago and that was a horrible experience, wont bring it up here in public though. Still nothing have happened, 16 days and counting for a tournament thats not corrected?
Hi @geordiecolin ,What has the changes and "problems" with the battles had on the traffic flow to Videoslots been over the last 6 months ?
I can imagine that a 20% loss would be outweighed by money saved on promotions plus new sign ups who would never have known what incentives you gave in order to make Videoslots grow from small to very big plus seeing the mutually beneficial aspect of using CM as a tool to grow large?
I have seen no inclination from VS in your recent history in here to promote Videoslots or to address battle issues.
How can we witness Mr Vegas run battle evenings very smoothly, often seeing you being able to leave a battle and sign up to the same battle within seconds yet your battles remain full of issues while using, I presume. the same system and maybe staff running it?
You remain top notch with your service due to your player experience profile and ability to address other issues, but I can not now help feel that the battle experience, and the players who helped build your casino in places like here are being given the two fingers.
It sadly feels like a winding down process on here.

Battle of the slots is a total joke now, and the reg issues have been here years with many nights ruined by it.
Yet hear we are years later with the same issues Happening week after week.

If you ask me i think there gonna scrap it entirely eventually. Hence why its never had any upgrades but rather loads of downgrades. Its a sign of were the company ultimately wants to go with it. Or they would fix it.I have had Videoslots as my favorite casino for many years but now I am starting to wonder what is going on, of course there is money in the company so why do they let there be negative feelings among players who are their customers.
They cannot survive without customers, Battle of Slots are their big flagship so fix it like it was before without problems and the customers are happy and the word spreads fast and more old and new players are there to deposit money and play !!!

Never really a player of Battle of slots really so does not bother me all this but I agree BetMGM and Fanduel are killing it at the moment but videoslots does have game selection.Videoslots have to reinvent themselves. The big draw was the battles but I don’t even play them anymore. They are hung up on shit providers like RAW and the prizes really suck. It doesn’t make sense anymore to waste all that time in the hopes of getting some free spins. Very difficult to get a wheel as well. I am totally done with videoslots. Loving bet mgm and fanduel.
