I think you need to stop the copy and paste , I thought the buy in was 5 not 1?

This battle has zero rake with €5k added. The €5 you spend out of a £40 budget is by far you're best chance at winning. You make money playing this battle in the long run.
 
i play that and i pay only 1e but i play my spins when tournaments started , i usually leave 1e my account because that tournament.. So some who register before tournament started pay 1e and some one 5e who register late ?

Sure, the promotion is still running, but it seems to be mostly play money tournaments where the prizes are under a rock. Nothing in common anymore with the old weekend format

I played a 5 euro battle on mr vegas on the game blood hunters and hit the bonus on the last spin. For the bonus to run you have to click the spin button which was not possible. Does it register the bonus although it is not on the score and if not is there a way around it. If not why in this day and age can this still happen?

I can answer this. Your bonus is void because it was on the last spin I enquired about this before. It would only count if it was a base hit mini feature(such as the obelix looking guy in ave caesar) or the monkey in ali baba.

I did not know of the time changes, but I do understand that Ontario is not your biggest market.

But some games are not allowed in Ontario. Or simply don't work. I get such a run arround trying to replace a few free spins. I have screenshots, it clearly is not working, and it's the awe game.

Turns out it's the provider's fault, I'm not trying to defraud VS after all.

Turns out the chat agent needs to escalate to issue to issue 10 freespins or 2 x 5 if you prefer.

No, they need to escalate crediting the freespins in the face of all that

Its been sad to see the decline in the tournaments over the last 3 years but I guess it has been inevitable. I recall that maybe up until 6/8 years ago we could gain free spins after hitting a 75 rtp in a battle ( and if you quickly double tapped that reward when you retrieved it you could get double that reward) :P
I had been surprised that VS got away with 48 hour long freerolls for so long given the UKGC's attitude to responsible gambling as in has ramifications for those that go without sleep for days chasing as many free spins as they can. While this new structure gives players with limited income 3 days of free slot play thus saving money.
And its not as if the changes effect the big hitters who probably don't care much about battles.
I remain a big VS fan because they do most of the important this right and I guess change was inevitable

When do you have issues do you have with the geo-location?

Thanks. The issue is on the provider side for The Wild Bunch. The game returns this in real.

Geolocation does not work during battles, need to log in again.

It does not work in igcognito.

I can't reach the battle lobby now. I've cleared cache and cookies, rebooted and it just spins endlessly

But I still don't have a response. I spent over an hour on this issue, and I think if you can't trust a support rep to issue spins worth $1 after it's confirmed as a provider error, you need to hire different reps.

It's the worst bot I encounter anywhere I play. I'm okay with wait times. But supports insistance to try everything under the sun, including clearing cache and cookies, being put back into that 8 page gauntlet again, another wait.
