This is definitely not intentional behaviour, we are not going to speculate at this time why the RTP is showing incorrectly at this time, as we first need to investigate the issue, but suffice to say it's not working as intended, the correct RTP should be showing. We would like to thank you again for reporting this, and apologise for the inconvenience.

We absolutely 100% agree that the correct RTP should be displayed and we will look into investigating and fixing this issue.

Also can you please make it so we can also change the date range for the OVERALL RTP? So we can see our overall RTP in the last week or last month instead of being stuck with a never changing overall RTP that is NOT accurate!

This would allow us once you have investigated and corrected all the incorrect RTP info on all players to be able to get accurate overall RTP in a specific period when they can then clearly see how bad the sessions have been for them during a set time and not ALL TIME!

Also something that came to my mind was this. Could the RTP being displayed be taking into account the battle of slots battles? And that is why the % is getting totally messed up in them?

Your calculations are also wrong, if it is indeed 1 spin @ 20p and won 21.56 then the RTP should be showing as 10,780%

( 21.56 / 0.20 ) * 100 = RTP

Ok never knew how they calculated RTP% in all these years lol but thanks. So can I ask why you times it by 100? is the 100 the %? so 100%

I really do not even know why it also lists multiple entries of that same slot either? I have not played that game in a long time apart from in the battle weekend just gone!

But you can also see how bad my RTP has been the last few weeks overall it is averaging around 60%
 
Hang on a minute I think I worked it out as to why it is happening @Team.Videoslots - The free spin rewards you get is counted but it does not list the spins in the total spins but it displays wins. But it is not displaying all wins either.

Then the question is why is it counting free spin rewards? but still not recording the accurate info from them?
 
Well wild swarm if you not getting the swarm there will be RTP trapped there hence why your RTP is low, but that is the same for any collectible slot or if you not bonuses one etc

Yes. * 100 just converts the figure to % for example If it worked out as 0.92 it’s still 92% but some players are confused so *100 makes it 92% easier to understand visually.

Thanks for this, we will forward to our tech team to see if this is the actual issue, may I send you an email asking for some system information for our tech team as well?

So far we have not received other reports from other player of this issue happening in their accounts, so we would like to see if it is something particular with that could cause it.

If anybody else has this issue, please by all means, contact us and we will see it sorted.

Honestly why is that even needed? My tech stats have nothing to do with this. It does not matter the issue is on your server and in your code. That is what needs to be fixed so that we get accurate numbers! Thank you.

This is because if I have 6 free spins and win 23p the RTP counts it as 0 in and 0.23 out which while technically is correct as they free spins it,

= error as it’s a divide by 0 error, clearly the web people have allowed for that with maybe some error handling.

but really the better way would count it as 1.20 spins and 0.23 won which would work better overall and stop all the inaccurate data being created.

Just my opinion.

Just received information that the prize ladder for the Tuesday Madness battle will be corrected once the Battle ends.

We need to recalculate the Battle and then start crediting the players. You should receive any possible prize during Wednesday as usual, but with a small delay due to the recalculation.

Yes, I did block out the second half of it and as for the city showing... Nowhere near me. The ISP is located in Ontario though. :P
