Can anyone explain why this is not a win?
As you can see from my reward history, not making this up...

That reward history is quite buggy actually.
Check it on "My Profile" -> "Game History", that screen that you posted there is worth 0.1x (1 line of Q), if it was from the rewards, the displayed balance is just updated after a spin or refreshing the game.

It does say 1p, but the reward summary said 0.00. Not sure if it's been added to the balance or not. I thought we might have two faulty games on our hands ?
That reward history isn't accurate, you can even notice that in the timestamps.
You played the game at 13:17, since you are in the UK it translates to 12:17 videoslots server time.
On the 2nd image your latest entry dates 11:07, so it was from 1 hour and 10 minutes before you even open the rewards.

I started playing on the zeus side yesterday, then from early afternoon i switched to hades, and have just selected it regardless since.
Just had 2 hades bonus's, one paid 11p.. the other paid £105 (two wilds reel two and three , not particularly high mutipliers but still managed over 1000x). Also had 2 or 3 more base game 100-300x today alone.
I just got this one (in battle though), it was in the free spins but besides one spin that paid 1p, the last spin was the one that paid everything else.
I have been playing Zeus through the battles and I had a good amount of 1000x+, one 875x, a few up to 500x, and a bunch of 0x ?
Meanwhile, in the Raging Super, I think I once got a 160x and that's it everything else was below 70x

Well, just got this in one of the battle. I did not know the game has such potential. 1st, 3rd, 4th and on the second last spin the 5th dropped.
Yeah, like I said before, this is a game of numbers, you have to go through a lot of dead spins, but then, when it hits, it hits.

Did you try to use your mobile data?
Last week I was also having issues but it was my internet, when I did a hotspot with my phone and connected to it, it was working fine.

My positive feedback for a change.... the raw game is playable. Still not competitive against other companies but a move toward.

Nah its not my connection. Just couldn't load the site Video slots for 30 mins.
Every other website loaded instantly.
But like you say it has been fine all weekend,
I'm on a hardwired connection to the home network.

I think the theory on picking the lower volatile side while playing the battle is right but its volatile enough so I would probably pick for the rewards also. Will be interesting to see if anyone lands more than a couple of quid from that game.
Zeus side is surely volatile enough, you can see the screenshot @docentore posted, that 7022x was on zeus side

What I will say is that Pragmatic really do make some brilliant slots. Graphics, sounds etc are all completely on point. All volatility preferences catered for too as they do some lower volatility releases.

Art is most certainly subjective, but I don't know how you can say they're 'on point' when comparing audiovisuals to the likes of Elk Studios, Quickspin, Thunderkick, Hacksaw, Nolimit City, and Peter & Sons.
Don't come close for me. Some of their games are decent, but given they hide their RTP on demo versions like Play'n GO, and behind the aforementioned were the main drivers in the push for lower RTP, I won't entertain them.

And my opinion is almost undoubtedly skewed by the results of sessions I’ve had on those providers.
Take for example Nolimit. I agree, the graphics and sounds are brilliant…but that means very little when you’re not on the game long enough to benefit from the artistry (lack of bonuses and any base game wins to even keep your balance afloat for half an hour in my experiences). Though I appreciate others will have done well on their slots…which is kind of my point about perceptions being skewed.
I just find Pragmatic slots (on the whole) good all rounders, an opinion that has been helped by multiple very good sessions on them over the years ?
Well, you might want to open your zeus vs hades rewards in the zeus mode.
Just opened all of mine, 590 spins, 0 bonus and 1 bonus tease
Edit: Raw slot was also really bad, 380 spins, 0 bonus, it saved itself a bit with 3 lion hits for £3, £4 and £7.5

Woke early this morning and played the Rise of Shinobu freeroll. Fell back asleep, but when I woke could see I scored 34.xx, which seems like a fair score to earn some spins, but the battle is nowhere to be found. Not under 'my battles' nor in my game history.
Hope you all have better luck than I. Earned a ton of rewards and managed to win £30.

Maybe browser-history can help? Just find the battle you've played and click the link. It should give the pop up of your score and when you click ok battle lobby should open. I use this method sometimes.
Well, this weekend I was quite lucky with the battle times, most 10 man were closing pretty quick, some closing even within 3 minutes.How do you get so many rewards . Do you sleep>?

Open the browser where you played it, go to the history and search for the name of the slot, in this case, type shinobi.
Then open the link that have the same timestamp as when you were playing, it will open the battle, just press go to lobby and you will be able to see it.

Can you please explain why us Canadians (Ontario) are excluded from all these battles? I paid the same amount to qualify and I can only play about 10 - 20% of the battles. Absolutely not fair.
