2 hour free roll. So far i have managed about 4 battles and it ends in half hour.
That's how shit the queues have been. So instead of a 2 hour freeroll.
In reality its actually bout 45 mins to 1 hour of the damn thing actually working as it should.

Is the figure on the top left next to the time when playing outside of battles meant to be a loss counter or a wager counter?

Supposed to a profit/loss counter but it seems to have gone a bit wonky this last week or so, maybe it's recording the stake but not adding back any returns from the bet so it keeps on going down...
Also I've noticed that the Big Win Clashes don't seem to be recording the points on the leaderboard, yet the Clash of Spins ones seem to be OK. Not sure if the Big Win Clashes are even working at all. Any ideas @Team.Videoslots ? I'm sure it will all get fixed in due course, with VS being the number 1 online casino, and a multi-award-winning one at that ?
It's the win/loss of the session but it has been broken for a while now.
There is a bug where the "winning" spins aren't being counted, so the tracker doesn't add the value of the wins to the wagered amount.

Book of dead I agree with , I'm happy with that one. Starlight princess though ... Bleuurggh 
it's a prag tumbly game like all those others theyv made , sword of ares (or arse as I call it) etc etc I'm not a fan of that type of game and especially in battles because.. well, they never do anything ! Lol any prag tumbly games I invariably get 7 or 8 rewards on them that give next to nothing

An hour or so later and just tried it again and still not working for me on mobile - just get the vs logo and the spinning circle around it and nothing - left it for 30-40 seconds and doesnt go anywhere - usually lobby comes up after 2-3 seconds. Im on desktop now and lobby there working fine so its ok now, but will try mobile again later.

I suggest a heuristic where the more battles there is, the more players that fit into them, default players is 10 for the non-busy hrs, 30,60 or 90, for peak hours.

One night about a month ago mrvegas banned my IP four hours straight.
Every ban was 60mins then the system allowed me to play about 3-5 mins and 60min ban again.
Quite annoying and at that time there was some ticket sit n go's running so I didn't manage to get them at all.
It's funny that i also tried to play with mobile connection using different IP but it was also banned every time.
Surely there was some technical problem with the casino or cloudfare but they should be a bit more specific what they ban.
a single player should never receive a notification like that

not long into the battles so far, but ive had one drop a 50x in, but only with a small win so it didnt pay very much. Never seen a 250x before in this (or similar) prag games though!. Quite unfortunate!
I did just have a bod bonus that retriggered with bloke as symbol, and every spin i was saying.. less than 5.. less than 5.. luckily he didnt appear much. Had every possibly win on bod, apart from full screen of bloke, and it would be just typical it happens in a battle!

Tried to give it a chance and see if they fixed the queues on 10man but its the same thing as always. Somebody mention to put 30man but videoslots just ignored it, its really shameful they dont listen to the players at all theese days. I will not deposit anymore on this site when this is going on.

I think in some way the number of players can be monitored by how quickly the 18.15 freeroll fills up.
Yesterday it never even reached 2300 players when registration closed.
There has been weeks when same freeroll reach 2500 players in less than an hour.
So i can't understand how there still can be 3-4 mins queues. Is the case now that casino gives fever 10-man battles to play than earlier.
The whole idea of this game format (Sit n' Go) is destroyed when first you wait wait and wait. Then you wait full 10 mins and few extra mins more. Player can play maybe 4 x 10 mans in a hour when without queuing the same amount is 8-10 x 10 mans in a hour.
So everyone can calculate what kind of effect that has on the final reward amounts when when the player has to suffer queues for 3-4 hours.
And the casino now does this consciously. There has been 2x 30 man earlier when the systems did not work as it should.
Now we can see the system does not work as it should queues doesn't belong to Sit n Go-format. But when this is proposed the answer is that casino is not considering it casino prefer to keep the excessively long queues and let the players wait.
Please do something. If after years server capacity is still the same as before then change the format. We all know 2x 30 man works fine and I think many of us will be happy if the smoothness of these promotions is somehow improved in future.

All players have a Battle of Slots alias, which is set when you first enter the battle lobby. The alias will be displayed in all battles unless you choose to have anonymous battle alias in the privacy dashboard settings on your profile page.
