All players have a Battle of Slots alias, which is set when you first enter the battle lobby. The alias will be displayed in all battles unless you choose to have anonymous battle alias in the privacy dashboard settings on your profile page.

I have sent an email with the subject "Winning spins recalculation", it contains the list of affected sessions as well the number of spins.
I wasn't able to know how many of those spins were wining spins unless I would spend hours analyzing the data, however, I'm sure your team might have a log and might be able to filter the spins that had a winning outcome.

I have one that I personally developed and it's set to click or spam space bar at 0.1s and never had issues with it.

That's the DDOS and brute force protection from cloudflare.
It could be a misconfiguration they have setup in cloudflare or you could have some extension in your browser doing multiple requests causing it to trigger.
When the timeout is over you could try to access again in incognito and see if it happens again, if it does most likely it's a misconfiguration from videoslots/mrvegas, otherwise might be your browser or computer having some malware running in the background.

No I had problems before but did what Cloudflare had as a solution - I chatted with the site owner and now it's fixed !

It would be at peak time so queues would be at their peak, 30 man battles in this raw slot are basically impossible to win as well.

Prizes already won from battles that ran prior to 19:35 are safe to play. Additional spins will be added to the players that should have won more from these battles.
For example, if you won a set of 6 freespins, another set of 6 will be added when possible, as the rewards should have been 12 freespins.

Please bear with us while we work on getting this added to everyone affected, as this might take some time to prepare and execute.
