When playing a slot, in the top corner the profit/loss is not summing the wins.

The achievements aren't updating, I just did a seasson on FP and it didn't update a single win, this could be related with the first issue.

Going to My RTP also reflects this issue, was you can see it says I had 0 wins and 0% RTP

When I view the seassion, the chart looks fine, the values seem correct but the Hit Rate is wrong because it didn't count the wins.

But in 901 spins it didn't drop a single bonus.

But to fair, right now I'm playing more for the xp than anything else.

I just want to double check that the "win spins" are added toward the achievement, since I was less than 500 "win spins" away from the 5000 achievement.

Unfortunately, I have no time frame for it. They will first need to find the cause for the issue and once located, to create a fix for it. Once the fix has been deployed, it will take some time to recalculate the affected accounts. This, of course, includes adding any possible missed trophy.

Well, I went from 20£ to 315£ before going to fruit party and blow it hunting a bonus...

But to fair, right now I'm playing more for the xp than anything else.
I'm 1500 xp away from level 21!

Recall when I was that close, think a £20 deposit got me within 2-300 and I bust out gutted with no gaming kitty left to deposit that week.

However it was a battle night and I fluked the bonus round in Netent's "Turn Your Fortune" paid me enough to get the final XP for Level 21.

Wheel paid a very nice £200 and I withdrew most of it , did treat myself to something as a "remember this came from lvl21" keepsake but can't recall for the life of me what it was lol

With the recent issues, it's better to try to keep it stable. The other option might be no Battles going at all, as we have seen before.

The queue seems reasonable at the moment. Getting in pretty fast when I have tried, even if in queue time to time.

There was a small issue earlier that may have momentarily affected the SNGs but all should be good now.

Regarding Monday's battles

Isn't it possible to make the Buffalo King battle 30 man as well?
These battles will run during the peak time when we always get the lagging/crashes and high level of queues, I believe that decreasing the number of battles generated per minute by increasing the slots might help to have a smoother run on Monday.

Usually this "Power Hour" event attracts more players than the usual battles.

There seems to be queues in every promotion no matter which games.
I think big bet sizes get even more players to play and again we queue for minutes.
I like the idea less play time more value but too long queues make playing mostly annoying.

I was just stating that I don't receive any emails with the latest news/promotions like these ones:

The latest email I received was at 16th of August 2021.
I think I had reported this once to you and you said it would be investigated, but I think it might have been forgotten.

However, this isn't a priority right now, I guess me and the majority of players would like your team's efforts to be more focused on fixing the "winning" spins since achievements are a huge part of your casino.
