When did they add a sports betting book lol. This could be dangeous!!! Like they don't have enough on the plate trying to run vegas site and the battles. Is it a front for a major bookmaker or have they invested in a full service? They must have been bought by bet365 or something it is competitive on number of markets with industry leaders.

edit - i take that back, it is a good start though in terms of number of markets but not depth.

Hi @Reelsoffun

This indeed seems like a new bug.

I have reported this aswell.

Hi again,

There will be some extension to compensate the time lost.

We will see how the rest of the evening goes and decide then how long exactly.

Kind regards,
Team Videoslots
One suggestion...
Since tomorrow's battles are just two hours, wouldn't it be wise to split it by regions?
For example, Sweeden, Finland, Germany, and a few others from 6 pm to 8 pm and then the UK, Ireland, and the remaining from 8 pm until 10 pm?
That way the servers might not get overloaded so it could prevent any downtime or slow downs

Hi @Itaghai

Thank you for the suggestion. We'll keep it in mind while trying to find a temporary/permanent solution to the issue.

We are working hard to get this solved, it costs many man-hours every time we have these kinds of problems. So, obviously we want to find a permanent solution to the issue.

Kind regards,
Team Videoslots

Lucky Mcgee is not a good sit and go game because you have to manually select the bonus rounds, while it is difficult to reach the first feature in 25 spins it is not impossible but it wont start unless you stop auto and manually select it.
On top of that, playing that slot with sound is extremely annoying...
Every time you fail you got mocked by that little c*** saying "oh no", "that's a shame", "so sorry", "too bad"

LOL - the little shite has had me saying these out loud in my living room ever since they first used this game in SnG, must be doing the wife's head in :p

For those of you having difficulty registering for the proper battle, you know, before it shoots back to the top, you can always double click the battle and it will open the battle lobby. Then you can register from there. It works on my iMac, but I can't speak for those on PC's.

It depends, if the battles refresh before you click register from the lobby, it won't work.

It's a weird bug, it happens because the table refreshes the battles and then the selected battle ID gets replaced with the battle on top, however, sometimes the table refreshes every 5 seconds, and other times it's only once every 30 seconds.

For the battles, to avoid wasting balance I suggest selecting the filters "Sit & Go" and "Freeroll" before registering.

I'm not saying you should blindly hit register, after double clicking it, you should always verify that you're in the right place, before registering, given the current issue. A double click takes less than a second, giving you a better chance of actually being in the proper battle lobby for the game you're trying to register to, it might refresh and thinks are still wonky, but that's why you verify. Using the filters are a good idea too.

My next door neighbours, ex husbands, brother who I think may work in management for Play n' Go has just pushed a post-it-note through my door, saying that tonight, Tome of Madness is down for maintenance.

I flicked it over after reading and on the back on the note, written in orange crayon, it also said that Book of Dead would be working fine and had even been given extra bandwidth due to its popularity

Sorry, bored :p

Will recommend the team to change the game to Zaidas Fortune by redtiger. ;)
