Moonlight wolfes is finally working again but the freespins round and remaining spins that caused the error is gone to. that wasnt a great solution...
Now the game just starts normally without the "you have a game in progress" so the winnings from the freespinsroud and remaining spins are gone, not fun.

When you make a deposit, a loop will be opened, and you'll have to make withdrawal of the same amount to the same method in order to close the loop.

If you for example make a PayPal deposit now you will still need to close the loop from last week, by making one withdrawal or more withdrawals to the method used last week of an amount equal to what was deposited.

Let's say I make my first 100e deposit with skrill. I lose everything and second time I deposit 50 euros with bank transfer. This time i win 100e and sure i have to make withdrawal using skrill and this loop is closed. Third time i deposit with skrill 50 euros and I make a 50e withdrawal using a bank transfer. Loop is closed.

So what happens next? Can i in the future withdraw to the payment method with which the last deposit was made?

i.e. does the loop have to be opened and closed only once per payment method or does it always open again?

There is another issue, I can register now but the battle wont start for me, however I can register in multiple battles (Check the screenshot)

I noticed that in the highlighed battle, it only shows 24 out 30 players, so I guess 6 of the players might be facing issues.

Just finished one battle after the issue, after the 7 minutes when it closed I was able to register and join a new battle, looks like everything is fine now.

Hiya Team VS,

There is another issue with Leander games in battles... I will get 'Unrecoverable Error' and when I refresh the battle (several tries) the game is still stuck.

I guess that there are no compensations coming. My Wolves is still broken and I just wanted to see how well this issue was handled. And sure as a player I imagined that since the casino is aware of the issue, the problem will be fixed for all accounts without each player individually contacting the casino.

Thank god my freespins paid only under two euros so for me it's pretty much the same as how the casino handles this issue I don't cry over a few euros. Only hoping they will never run Wolves in battles again because this shitty game is unplayable in my account.

And since for some reason they don't fix this problem automatically even though the problem is known, this is not my responsibility either.
So let the wolves stay in crash-mode.

Awful replacement but suppose they have to consider the site not going down....

I'd regularly get 15-25 rewards on a Monday night, which would give me something to do for a short while after the Tuesday school run redeeming them.

Not anymore, lucky if I wake to 2 or 3.

Ever since they started, approx 80% RTP for each and every battle played.

Dunno what the problem is, many, many Frenzy's ran without fault earlier this year. Cannot even remember last time I even got a little play time from rewards.

Same. I get 1 maybe 2 rewards from this ‘Monday Mania’. Shockingly bad out of the 20 battles that run.

Pretty sure that last week I didn’t place in one, or at most got a 5fs reward.

Assuming all battles max out at 3500 participants you have about 12% chance to place for a prize in each battle.
Placing for a prize gives you on average 11 freespins
So playing all 20 means you will on average place somewhere between 2-3 times and win 22-33 spins.

Comparable to 4-7 Monday frenzy rewards where the average prize is 5 spins.

I can't even remember when I won ANYTHING from their freerolls, must be well in excess of 12-18 months now!

Iam still waiting on reply regarding this issue to.
But after a couple of days my game got "unstuck" but ofcourse the freespins round and remaining spins after the freespins where nowhere to be found.

We made a lot of improvements to the site, even more coming. So this Thursday we are going to try again to run normal Epic Thursday, if that goes well we are running Monday Frenzy again next week.

Amazing what a good moan does? I must have done it wrong then cos I got kicked off their site for being honest and then they decided "oh you've now got a gambling problem :rolleyes:" to a person who spends 30 quid to play usually. So done with them anyway. Their battles used to be fun but now they're ridiculously bad.
