Have not played battles in a long time, thought i would try couple of hours. Think i won like 5 rewards on that carnival game, Tried to activate them and it bugged out. Game does not work in real money play only battle mode. Reward gets lost every time its activated. Tried to talk with chat yesterday and as always they sent it to some other departementet lol.

As I anticipated before the weekend no bigger problems in 48-format. Small queues at the day and evening time but queues have been ok just some 10 - 30 seconds. So please VS do something for this when you run other sng-promotions. It's not the biggest problem in the world if there is queue big big problem is when the player queues some 3-5 minutes.

is it me or are free spins in that labyrinth game rarer than rocking horse dung ? :laugh: Theyv been using this game for some weeks now in different battles, and ive yet to get free spins at all. infact i was playing one of these battles last night and it actually teased the bonus.. for the first time id ever seen it, i was wtf is happening... oh , its a tease for free spins! (didn't drop in the rest in. lol)

lol yeah it does seem verrry difficult to bonus.. having to drop some free spin symbols, then it may or may not respin, and then it usually comes to nothing. as i say, out of all the battles ive done on this, i had the first ever 'tease' last night that i didnt realise for a second what it was doing - i just assumed bonus was triggered by the respin feature! lol

it might be a 25p game.. but it doesnt like paying much from most symbols, the random features rarely appear or do anything and as i say, the free spins ive yet to even trigger! good choice then for battles. :laugh:

I was just saying that to someone else - they have a few min 40/50p games but they don't pay like one

Their games are pretty shite - hard to bonus and when they do it's 20-50x most of the time
 
By the way if by any chance you lose your connection or need to reload during the freespins round in this game, good luck getting back to it, because on reload the loading bar gets stuck at about 98%. Not sure if its similar for all the other free spins Leander games here but heads up.

Yeah i was thinking the same. some of their 20, 25, 40/50p games, and some from other providers too over recent times, have a similar thing where they dont seem to pay anything like you'd think from something with a higher minimum bet. some feel rather poor for the little they pay considering the minimum bet.

I'm having this issue also, I have always deposited with my card but never could withdraw to it it's a Canadian card so I always used bank transfer or ecashout but since i had to update my expiration date I have zero options available to with draw. Soo frustrating!!!

It could be that the Superslice wheel freeze bug is adding to the time of the 10 man games, keeping the servers more stable than it would be if this bug wasn't there in the first place.
 
(Be careful redeeming all your rewards in bulk on the Leander slot provider)

I just redeemed all my rewards from the good bad and super dog shit (SLOT), like last week on fortunes tellers charm 2 it now has a stuck game round half way through redeeming my rewards and i have to wait a week again to get it fixed and send screenshots etc. So just be careful guys because that's twice in 2 weeks ive had this issue on the Leander games. Never had this on another provider on Videoslots so maybe worth just trying to redeem a few instead of all your rewards.

Could be worse, could be an actual slot machine the rounds were stuck on...
 
I'm off for a major sulk, worst result ever.....

Saved from Thur, Fri and Battle weekend, started redeeming about 8pm - 101 Rewards (T15/F30/S35/S21)

Less than £40, included a bonus on Labyrinth, ultra dead rewards on WWG MW which I held the highest hope for.

Total crap :(
 
just completed 42 rewards from last night till an hour ago.. 21 on the RAW game paid over 4 quid.. the labyrinth game paid 20.. pretty crap result but is a bit of something.

amusingly, the labyrinth game id never ever seen the free spins on before, and went until this evening till i finally triggered them to get about 60x... then on i think the second reward, it drops in, and im thinking ooh, here we go..... 16x. pff.

That raw game though can do one - pitiful garbage. lol
 
I did have one get stuck along the way, however when you click the rewards icon, there was a 'Forfeit button at the top, next to the active reward so you can manually release the stuck rounds.

It does take away a few pence if you won on the previous reward but that's all.

Yep easier just to forfeit the whole reward and associated spins than have the game remaining clogged up.

Yeah the option to forfeit the reward isn't there in my prize history either. Just says all the rewards are used.
I've messaged the rep on here so hopefully gets sorted.

Well I was banned from VS a week or two ago and NOW suddenly after some communication and apology on my part for words used regarding a *battle* suddenly I'm told I allegedly have a gambling problem when eh.... I don't. I have a godamn medical problem called excruciating physical pain daily and a whirl of the slots as a 'grinder' was legit my form of distraction and it actually worked to keep my mind only half on pain. It was one of a few coping mechanisms as bizarre as that sounds. No one was certainly going poor around me thats for sure. I'd go on a slots play like a mission :laugh: and if I won sure good for me

Apparently though that means I must be banned for some reason. The isues originally being because I agreed and said something negative about the precious battles . I was a LONG term player and didn't just get a slap, no I got a total blackout and now I'm getting asked for more financial info which they already have via kyc twice in time. Never been a big spender ...maybe that's the problem lol.


Out of paranoia and curiosity (lol) can anyone tell me is VS in the same company as LeoVegas and if you were to think of a place to recommend to this casual player who spends what others would on drink drugs, cigs -whatever! Anyone fancy pm me a nice new haunt? Really disgusted with how VS treated me. Now they're telling me to send them a PDF of my account to be able to release peanuts remaining in my account. Again? For more pointless assumptions insinuations and insulting on your end just because the player happens to be a chronically ill person who find the games a source of distraction from pain and so forgoing the prescribed oxy again. I thought that was a good thing personally.

Your company continued a bizarre repetition that I should take a break insinuating I have a gambling issue which is extremely unjust and humiliating consider I prob spend the least out of anyone here. I play for distraction as I told your ever changing customer reps. I have always enjoyed the ,"grind" and it genuinely distracts me from my chronic pain. I said I didn't need take breaks or such yet it wasn't my choice, and to top it all off ALL of that was over
They wanted me banned either way and for all over dissing a battle game once!!

Don't think there is anything I could see on your emails that would change my disgust at the treatment of long time customers.

Has anybody else a problem with the raw slot the good the bad and the ...??

when i activate my freespins from battle weekend, the spins are activ, but the game istnt starting!
always the error message that there is a heavy fault!

i talked to chat allready and got the same answers as usual: try in inkognito mode, delete the cookies, use other browser and i sendet them a screenshot from the game...

after all done, the support tells me, oh no, it is a problem from videoslots with the provider of raw!!

now i shall wait until i get an email from the IT team!!

I think the issue is that VS is a law unto their own and nothing anyone says will make a blind bit of difference so people just don't get involved.

You just have to look at the on-going issues there that have been happening for years, every week 'same old same old' that you would be better banging your head off a brick wall :)

It's just very insulting. No one likes to be judged and not by a bunch of customer service agents who decided to hone in on one player for nothing.

It has gone to shite lately anyway that's true.
 
I think we've gone past the part where we think VS listen to anyone - their constant issues, inability to be competent in managing battles (which include peasant 10p spins on crap providers) and constant re-hashing of 'we are aware, we will fix' (which they never do), mean that yeah, they are what they are (apart from Lemon who thinks they're amazing)

The balanced view would be they are a private business, they are selling a 'hobby' and ergo they can horse trade with whoever they like but i agree, it's not nice to feel a casino take the mick.

They set up the start date for tomorrow (1st of September) but Friday is the 2nd of September.

Also, can we move away from these "RAW" slots anytime soon? ?

Lol and you couldn't have put it better because that's the exact reason they soured because I said the battles were ridiculous. Theyndidnt like that so instead of temp suspend from chat from a sane business point no, they accused me of having a gambling issue . Me who throws 30quid in here and there, we are not talking vegas minded playing lol. Honestly I don't care that they banned me . That was petty and just goes to show just how bad they've become as it was. I had gotten bored playing where my money was just rifled through in minutes!it was the prejudicial and undignified answer with no motive, reasoning or proof behind the insinuations. That was humiliating and HURT. Leovegas I can't access either so I take they are same umbrella company ? So damn pity after the amount of years a happy player to be listed with such little care
