when they ran the netent battle weekends they used to run without problems then they changed it all and been problems ever since. Maybe its time to go back to the good old netent weekends

I think there is only one root cause for all of this and that's the strong growth in the number of battle players

The fact that the number of players in battles has increased should be good news for the casino. Another issue is that the growth of players should be followed by an increase in server performance, i.e. migration to a more efficient server and this is not the case here. Whatever they do with the software, the performance of the server on which it all stands will not jump.

Not today but has happened in the past.

Support can close the stuck reward, it will then let you redeem the others.

Yeah but i don't remember 10 mans and 30 mans running till midnight!
And clearly tonight shows there coffee pot servers can not handle such mass amounts of traffic at peak times.

Yet they just don't learn, Or rather don't care. Imagine putting real money into play only for the site to not work properly because of these 10p spin battles, I would be piiiiissssseeeddddd

As bored as I am and very little else to do for now, no way sitting here for 20 minutes between each 10 man battle over the weekend.

Forget the slightly higher cost of running 2 x 30 mans, go for it, the rewards pay pennies anyway and at least this thread will be quiet if you do

FWIW, I think the lag over the past couple of hours on the 10 man's is a Thunderkick issue rather than VS. Their servers (TK) and games have been erratic for a few weeks now.

Activated a reward on Pink Elephants 2, it crashed and no free spins in the game and now all other rewards are stuck.

I believe that the player base is divided to play at different times so the load will never be as big as it is now

Yes it happens randomly. But just basic page refresh and that's it.
Thank god it's not happening in every battle

That's how it is sometimes. My record is some 30 battles in a row without any reward.
At that point whole gaming starts to get annoying

I have not tried a single battle during the battle weekend, i tried it yesterday when it was on the list of freeroll battles.
In 40 spins the game crashed twice, also just like the other wheel slots it slows my laptop down to a crawl.
I can not do other stuff on it while playing RAW games, which is weird considering i can have multiple slots open from other providers and still use the computer for other stuff.

Not sure if they are extremely poorly optimized or if my laptop cant keep up with this new and exciting wheel technology, all i know is that i wont be playing their 'slots'.

Yeah its not great , i think i posted about the performance issues with their games when they were first used (as did others) - this new one just seems really buggy (as well as performance issues). im persisting but its getting on my nerves now, i may just stick with the other game.

@Team.Videoslots I got 5 Ways of the Labyrinth free spins bugged, when I activated them the system just partially activated them.
If you look at my notifications, there is no notification of them getting active, but they show as active in my profile, however when loading the game, the slot doesn't detect the free spins.

Happened to me too.

If you forfeit the spins at the top then the spins should remain in your rewards section, just activate them again. It worked for me.
