Every battle (10's at least) doesn't take full ten mins so there is more than 12. I would say 16-18 per hour in real life.

Less rewards more value ->

Let's say in basic thursday you win 5 rewards every hour (it is average if you play 16 -17 battles per hour).

Three to 0.10 slot and two to 0.20 slot.
Reward average is 5 spins. The value of 5 rewards is 5x0.10 + 5x0.10 + 5x0.10 + 5x0.20 + 5x0.20 = 3,5 euros
I checked my stats today and it was 8 battles per hour. It's not so easy to count reward average but let's say it's six.

8 battles x 50% = 4 rewards per hour. 6x0.20 + 6x0.20 + 6x0.20 + 6x0.20 = 4,80 euros
Basic thursday 4 hours x 3,5 euros = 14 euros
New format 3 hours x 4,8 euros = 14,4 euros

So with this calculation formula the new format is even better than the previous one.

Im already doing that, had enough of them and their sng bull shit. The rep is not willing to answer qeustions about some things. I dont know why he is a rep when he is ignoring qeustions.
 
hi all just wanted a little advice on the slot rewards/i checked yesterday and it no longer gives the required information

when i hover mouse over it just says a name so i dont know whats left to do/ ie like before it used to say win 500 times in one day,

now nothing but a symbol how you supposed to know what to do, thanks

I have said that before, this page does not work you kan see the symbols but not how much you have left to the next one !

Hello Pixie,

We're facing some issues with the Achievements page currently, specifically that progress for the trophies aren't displayed when you mouse over the icons. The matter is being looked into, and a fix should hopefully be deployed in the near future.

In the meantime, you're able to view trophy progress while in game by using the trophy tap. This will however display all global trophies as well as the game's specific trophies, so you'll have to scroll down a bit before you find the ones for the game you're playing sometimes. The icons for game specific trophies often have different colour and background than the global ones.

Hope this helps you keep track of the trophies while we're working on the achievements page.

Hello Justdoit,

When you make a deposit, a loop will be opened, and you'll have to make withdrawal of the same amount to the same method in order to close the loop.

If you for example make a PayPal deposit now you will still need to close the loop from last week, by making one withdrawal or more withdrawals to the method used last week of an amount equal to what was deposited.

Hope this helps explain the situation.

Be careful redeeming your rewards guys.
I loaded up all my rewards from the whole Thursday nights battle last week on fortune tellers charm 2.

The game crashed half way through redeeming my rewards.

The game now wont load and i have told video slots that i had already pre-loaded my rewards into the game. I only got half way through the amount of spins i had pre-loaded when this happened.

So now the game wont load and all my spins are stuck in there. I thought for being such a loyal player to the site that it would just be a simple email and they would fix it for me.

This was there disgusting response....

I am sure the response is look on the website for news but you already mentioned it is happening so must know the planned date??

I've emailed them back. And currently raging at them on live chat. Its not about the spins. Its the principle. Game not fixed and told that because its a free roll i can go eat a plate of dog feces. I didn't expect this type of customer service from these guys. Kind of shocked to be honest

Sorry to hear that they once again pissing on the players. I hope they fix it for you thou. I have stopped depositing snd stoped playing at their casino, Nothing gets fixed and the rep is ignoring all the qeustions why sng is fucking upp sll the time. I've told them once i get to level 250 im gonna quit playing there as often, if at all. Definitely wont be grinding for the xp required to play the freerolls that's for sure. Now the free-rolls are getting nerfed imo i don't see the point trying to achieve the xp to play them anymore.

The same alignment has been around forever. VS thinks that you played free battles no compensation if some battle crashes or your freeroll-ticket don't work. And if they cancel any "free" promotion like monday frenzy few months ago they are not liable for compensation because it was "free". I can say from experience that earning 2500xp is far from free.

But seriously i can't understand why they won't compensate earned rewards if rewards are not working.
Earlier years non-functional rewards have been replaced by reporting these to the CS and without any disagreements.

Correctly paid rewards are the property of the player just like deposits and it is not the player's responsibility if the games don't work

I believe there has been a grave misunderstanding here, as the already won and activated freespins are not forfeit in such a situation, no matter if they were won from freeroll battles.

But the rep understands completely and is looking into the issue for me now.

I'll update the thread when I get a final response on the matter. I did make it clear to email and support that the rewards had already been won and were stuck in the game,

but they didn't seem to give a shit. The rep is totally opposite to them and understands completely.

How about you hire some professional customer service people and not a bunch of amateurs?

I mean I've never played any battles or anything and even I can figure out that the casino can't just forfeit rewards that have been earned and activated. And I don't even get paid to know this stuff. Jesus.
