i been a player here on Vs for many years now, and although i never really had issues with withdrawals, i must admit how i feel my loyalty and trust toward them is being taken advantage of... i have many example of how they have done this, but in a nutshell their action since later part of 2021 are damaging the brand!! i often left thinking surely "it cant just be me" and "do they actually realize" so much so that im even hunting around for different sites to play on.. if i could find one that offered even a similar torney and bonus system i would be out of there in a shot (excluding mrvegas obiously lol) i mean i play torny on the major book keepers in the uk, but they have a different and vastly greater user base in comparisson were talking 250000 players oppose to 2500.. im sure we all love our free tornys and spins etc etc but the lack of consisitency and there pure inept ability to run them smoothly is beyond a joke. i realize i dont post on here often as i should to add weight and credibility to my statements. to be honest i just needed to vent a little, as videoslots was once a beautiful things and its slowly but surely killing itself...
wether it be on purpose or not the faults are getting to a point where this casino wont have any customers left.. all it will take is another one to brand a casino with a similar system and vs will be toast.. it does make me sad especially when i think of the pure man hours i put in.
they dont even have tech staff on to fix issues eg the 20 mins at the beginning of the mon frenzies , the total lack of the hour of midas(although i did get jammy at the turn of 10:59-11:00pm i got 1 battle of it, which i only mention because it means whatever was wrong couldnt have been that servere) without even a word of explanation on the website, in the freeroll chat, support. etc etc etc
anyway guys rant over i hope you all agree with me. if i knew how to make my own videoslots clone i would have done just to save us all, and here is to hoping they sort it out for more than 3 weeks at a time

I'm lucky in the sense that my normal play and the games i like to play are all full rtp and the amount always keeps me able to play the battles and because of that i pick and chose what i want to play as a side show but there be many out there who deposit to meet the said sale of these battles.

Lets face it, they are a sale as you have to pay £/E 20 min for them and wager 2500 xp. Its them that i feel sorry for.

Imagine me selling you a nice car for 2500 grand, taking the cash and just sending you the window screen. Smashed at best
 
It's no coincidence that XP was introduced with that in mind, as mentioned, so that some players are conditioned into meeting the requirements to partake in these Battles. It stopped being a sideshow perk, and many will want to keep the Battles they've grown accustomed to over several years...

And as is often the case, £20 alone isn't really going to cut the proverbial mustard, I'd hazard a guess many will outlay three times that amount on average, little realizing that whatever Rewards they'd scrape together would barely cover their expenses. Throw in reduced RTPs everywhere and the whole thing feels more like work than (what used to be) a great extra.

And still, after what seems like an eternity, you'd think perhaps they'd find that inner strength to sort out their persistent technical problems, but I guess players shouldn't ask for too much, too soon. Christmas is but once a year ?

Try 10 times and still probably no where near qualifying.

Way slots are these days(stole that line from Jon) probably cost you several hundred minimum to wager the £2500 unless you have real lucky streak.

To qualify for battles that even if they work are some of worst slots out.

Glad I decided not worth trying to meet wagering any longer. As even when you do qualify battles don't work and you end up just giving up. Battles should be fun way to enjoy a few hours instead they just frustrate you and put you off totally.

Also think it is time they reassessed the xp needed as 2500 is too much for inferior product.

Could understand when they had decent battle weekend and it probably cost them. Now with the selection available the original 500xp is more realistic. Even then it would probably cost a fair bit to make it and still actually not worth chasing the battles.

yeh i also do that, in fact as a rule the first opportunity i get to ditch the freerolls (e.g. get a decent win/can afford to deposit) im straight in to playing for cash. i had my first dip in xp in over 13 months in febuary, thankfully i had that many one day tickets stockpiled i used about 5 of them and havent had the xp req pop-up since. there are few things on the site more demoralized on the site than having that pop up giving you the information that your "xp is 2450 and you have depositted £300-£400" lol -and goat is right, in alot of what he says.. but one could argue that there were far fewer faults and mess-up's this time 2 years ago. and in refernce to that last hour last night.. like i said in my earlier post i did catch 1 midas 30 man battle right on the cusp of 11pm so the fact it loaded, and issued me the 6 spins shows whatever the technical reason for it was something trival, probably like the date and time settings lol who knows i wouldnt expect a detailed explaination off them anyway as thats something they never do.. they dony apologize, give info, or any form of compensation. they have the mediums to do it eg, the homepage, news section, here, and freeroll chat but they never keep us in the loop.
now really the longest they have gone without flaws since december 2020 is 2 months.
i totally agree with the xp req and habit of playing a freeroll.. it is gambling after all, so i dont expect to win (i do like it when it happens tho) and ive never really paid attention to rtp's and statistics of games as such, i play the games i like and the ones ive seen on "streamers biggest wins" on youtube and even with that, i get annoyed coz all/majority of them just bonus buy nowadays which if your from the u.k you will know we arnt allowed to do... seem like us brits as goat said literally have to "work" to get anything substantial from the site.
