well im sure no one is shocked really.. it gotta be really hard to co-ordinate the "left click, start battles button" ..it does make you wonder when they cant even tell the time properly too .. im sure they teach how clocks work in infant school dont they?

yeh i realized that jono boss :-P !!
to me its more a group therepy session than an accreddited place to get info or give feedback loolol.

It costs more to run what was the normal battle weekend. They reduced it to two 12 hrs and now two six hours. They do everything to limit the extra value to customers these days including making the higher value games the 30 (don't turnover as much), reducing all the monday night frenzy slots from some high value to two 0.2 and two 0.1. I would cut every mystery friday with the ticket battles and put it back into the other nights but they won't do that as it brings site engagement on a friday. Instead except for a bit of moaning here and there how would these battles harm except everyone staying away.

Does not matter how many slots are running if you can't register and play the bloody things.

I think they should scrap the XP thing, send everyone a free roll ticket and run an extra mid-week session to make up for this, just as a "one off"

I don't think anyone at VS offices are even keeping an eye on things, no management in on weekends, playing cards come out, smokes and beers and lets just chill.

I think we have to accept that the good old days of getting value from a casino are long gone. Everything has tightened up everywhere.

You can, in the main, blame the regulators for this. If the casinos are made to suffer, us players suffer too.

They were, those were the days. I logged in for the battle weekend, and there were no battles, have they binned it?
The 'battleweekend' was Sat&Sun 16:00-22:00 gmt +2 15k added €1 buy-in battles (one each day)
Ends in 15 minutes.

5pm - 11pm yesterday and today mate, they ran 2 of those €15,000 madness things also, like the Tuesday battle.

I think the new format is roughly 6 hours x 2 one month, 12 hours x 2 the next month and then the full 48h the month after, rinse and repeat, I think :p

Week ago i asked here if they could check this format and one

Old VS players can remember there was 3 slots 48 hours few times years ago. 10 man 20 man and 30.
That was epic 200+ rewards no problem.

Id like to see vs do something like this for xmas instead of the poxy calendar

Oh sorry for that missed script...
the point was that a week ago i asked here if they could double check this format that we could avoid bigger problems.
Yes maybe old problems fixed but new problems came to be replaced.

Stability. That's the word we all hope for. i just don't understand why it's too much to ask

Hi everyone,

Short message here to address the issues we had during the weekend battles. There were a couple instances where the queue system didn't work correctly, which resulted in no new weekend events battles starting, until we manually intervened and corrected it, so new battles would start as intended.

We are very sorry for the troubles, but the issue is not related to the game choices or formats, which was mentioned here in the thread.

We did extend 1 of the set of battles due to this, but we of course also want there to be no issues at all, and hope you bear with us while we work on this issue, which we are activity working to resolve, and after every instance of issues gets steadily improved.

Hopefully there will be no issues in our upcoming battle events, but please do feel free to report it to our support staff when it happens, so it can get reported to our techies and investigated, and we want to thank those of you who did contact us during this weekend, as this helps us get the battles up and running again quicker, and allows all you guys be able to play more battles for some rewards.

Good luck and have fun :)

Yours sincerely.
Team Videoslots.

Hello all,

There are some issues with Pragmatic games currently, and we do have some active battles ongoing from this provider.

We're working with pragmatic to resolve this, and hopefully we'll all be able to finish any battles with Pragmatic games before the battle timer ends.

In cases where the battle ended, and any of you were not able to play all the spins, then please do contact the support via e-mail [email protected], and we can look further into possibilities of refunds of the buy-ins.

Apologizes for the inconvenience.

Kind regards.
Team Videoslots.
