@Team.Videoslots Why am I having to enter an OTP passcode to my phone to login? Not very good if we want to quickly login for a battle. Shouldn't this be optional my password isn't basic. :thumbsup: Anyway yeah OTP is tedious. And already have otp for my Ewallet I do not need this. :thumbsup:

:Edit Live chat have confirmed this is mandatory and can't be removed, great! Going to miss so many battles by seconds now. :mad:

Very odd as the emails are from the genuine Videoslots support email address - it's like they're emailing the wrong person.

One of the perks (or drawbacks, I suppose) of being forum omni-present, is I see you viewed/and when you view the tagged Pragmatic (or, well, any) thread.

Afraid you will not get to play it.

The quick spin games have done that as long as they have had them in battles

Get a bonus round on last spin and it just finishes no points awarded . Uaed to think it was better just not to use last spin.

VS are aware as it has been pointed out to them countless times but never anything done about it.

That happens when you change browser , device or clear cookies, you have to use a code the first time and then it remembers your device so it should not happen again (my online banking does the same thing) if you're getting it every time maybe your browser is set to auto clear private data each time you use it?

@Team.Videoslots I know the news will likely be released wednesday or thursday but can you advise early what videoslots are thinking for this battle weekend. Is it going to be the regular one of 48 hours...in which case I might bother putting in the time to play on the site or is it going back to the 12 hours during the day which was a terrible experience when the queueing issues happened a couple of months back and no rewards were awarded on time.
Regulkars how have the battles been running recently...no issues?
