my wife doesn’t have a CM account so posting on her behalf. when the last battle weekend was on there was problems with spins not crediting. everyone got there missing spins but my wife didn’t get hers, even tho she reported as many as she could. she got annoyed and timed out for 30 days the day after. so on the 2nd march somebody called andre sent her a message promising that somebody would be in touch as she asked if her missing battle weekend spins that they where crediting would be in her account after the time out as she was aware there’s a limit to when you can use them so low and behold even after andre promising somebody would answer they haven’t and it’s been over 3 weeks since the contact and was told by andre somebody will be in touch in a week she has emailed countless times and been ignored and live chat are as useful as a choclate tea pot terrible and rude customer services i don’t think she is gonna bother reopening it after time out, the contempt your “customer service” agents show players is shocking and you’ve really slid down hill
