I remember joining CM and Videoslots were the bomb - rewards, wheels, cashback, plus games and battles ran as smooth as a baby's bum.

And the battles were slots that everyone loved instead of loathed.

Service was on point and they even changed the games if enough players asked for it. Plus, would compensate for any problem events and poor reliability.

Literally, all of my deposits went to VS because nobody compared.

Has there ever been a casino as good as VS used to be?

Yes, VS was my casino of choice. I don't play there anymore and just reading these ongoing farcical issues vindicates my choice to vote with my feet and wallet.
It's coming to something when I can't even use up a freeroll battle ticket because the service is so unreliable. What an absolute shame for what was once a service in its absolute prime.

I wonder if they are making as much money as they were at their peak. Probably compensated for the loss of players in a massive way with RTP reductions, which I can't imagine being beneficial for business in the long run. But hey, what do I know? These guys are running a profitable casino for sure.

I can't remember the last time I played there. I just saw the vast difference in responding to the customer base after Dan left. The site is unstable, reduction in RTP, never listening to the customer and the blanket responses were enough for me to move on and take my money elsewhere

You can tell when there are no issues with the battles - this thread is very quiet! I for one had a lovely evening as I’m stuck in bed isolating with Covid - was a good way to pass the time. Made about £16 from my rewards which fed Bonanza in no time at all! ?

@Team.Videoslots of no interest at all. They only have marketing in mind. I've written about it many times, but they only appreciate Canadian players. That's why my XP has dropped below 2,500 points since yesterday, and I'm not going to change that. Maybe I would pay a deposit to raise them, but if they don't care about us, they shouldn't care about my deposits either. So on my part, no more deposits because quickspin has been offered so often lately that it makes no sense to keep investing in it.
